标 题: 请教几个image feature detection的问题

刚开始做一个与图像处理有关的project，想请教几个问题
1. 我现在用的是oxford 的affine covariance detector，想知道一下当每一个affine
region 取出来以后，它是怎么计算sift feature的。是不是基于每一个region的中心的
scale & orientation 来计算？
2. 这个软件怎么计算一个指定区域的sift feature，我看它的input 参数里面有个-p
什么的，但是基于什么原理来计算我还是没有查到。
3.关于这个软件谁有专门的help manual？ 比如我在找region feature的时候，朋友告
诉我-noangle可以使得每个region 只有一个sift feature （-p的情况下）。 但是如果
我直接用hasaff or hesaff找的时候， |

测屏幕宽度。 我用的是asp.net, .net自动的browser功能也很弱。

前段时间把win10升级到了最新版，电脑就时不时的卡顿。如是好几次，电脑动不动就
崩溃。
网上查了一下，是win10系统和固态硬盘不兼容。
后来我就重装了系统，重装系统还是面临同样的问题。
及至两天前，电脑突然出现题目中的错误：2100: Detection error on HDD0 (Main
HDD) 。
机械硬盘认不到了。试了很久，仍是找不到机械硬盘。也不敢再试了。怕继续试下去，
现有的数据和文件丢失殆尽。
网上查了一下，遇到这个问题的人还很多。
但是解决办法大家都不一样。实际上成功解决这个问题的很少。
我现在最担心的是HDD硬盘里的数据和文件会丢失，那可就惨了。
请问大家，我这个硬盘还能回复过来吗？
有什么方法可以恢复数据和文件吗？ |

each of them can access a public folder in the host linux.
So i don't need to copy these apps/libs to each UML.
so i start all these UMLs, they will automatically run an app
in the public fold (/mnt/host).
But i run into
stack smashing detected error.
My questions is,
is these a bug in the application/lib itself,
or i'm running out of resources as i have 20 VMs ?

因为你是要求farthest neighbor, 也没啥索引适合你用的.
可以用circular buffer来实现queue.
不够快再回帖, 我还有一些办法, 都要牺牲代码可读性.
你这个计算量不大, 估计没必要.
我倒觉得问题在与一个signal和2w个怎么定义差异. 既然你是detect anomaly,
显然之前的2w个里也会有anomaly. 你要是单取最大的distance, 很可能就是和
之前的anomaly比, 而不是和typical case比. |

数据维度不大 最终可能在40-50左右 其中1/3可能是discrete value (a few binary)
我们的anomaly平均大概每天1%-2% 每小时可能spike时也就5% 所以多数signal是
normal的 在这种假设下 其实多数就是计算对比距离 continuous value可以考虑用高
斯分布
问题背景貌似比较简单 但是不确定具体实现要怎么做 不清楚目前的ML package里有
没有可用的算法 这算是一个density based local outlier detection问题 |

刚刚看到opera12出来了,想试一试,然后发现opera竟然没有象IE或者firefox那样的
network的选项,选autodetect.必须要添proxy server的地址. 我根本不知道公司的
proxy是哪一个,结果公司里面用不了opera. |

The Tm of the primers: 55 C (forward) and 59 C (reverse)
The Tm of probes: 51 C (WT), 49 C (SNP)
PCR product: 90 bps

Now I use 1 ug of RNA per 20 ul cDNA reaction, then I use 1 ul of the cDNA.
For beta-Actin, the qPCR picks up the signal at around 15 cycles in linear
range. But my target gene (I used 2.5 ul per reaction) can only be picked up
at around 35 cycles (1 or 2 out of triplicated reactions), where it is
already out of the linear range!! How to enhance the signal?? Please help!
