用来找前房东要押金（律师寄过去Demand Letter后丫就老老实实还回了欠了1年多的押
金。。。）

收信后直接搬走了。

大家好，小弟在此请教大家一个问题。
前几天我在ebay上销售2份ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS6 软件，价值350美元。该软件我是从
别处合法购买，由于不再需要，就挂在ebay上出售。
今天突然收到一份来自ADOBE代理律师的email警告信，要求我终止销售，还要在10天内
上缴1200美元罚款，否则就采取进一步法律行动。
现在的问题是我合法购买的软件在ebay上销售，觉得没有什么问题。我不知道是否应该
缴纳该罚款。如果不理它，我担心他们会给我的家里地址发正式的律师信。
在此请教大家如何处理，谢谢

了两百块钱还真把我的lease啥的都整给collector。
为了怕collector整我的信用记录，我就寄一张支票，在背面写上conditional
endorsement。这样collector cash 我的钱必须保证不影响我的信用记录。
然后开始狂搞房东。BBB一次，丫回复，我再BBB，丫再回复，case close。我再BBB。
最后丫撑不住，连200块钱带deposit都还给我。算起来他这就是偷鸡不成蚀把米，还得
付collector的钱。 |

的，要抓人更是开玩笑，千千万万美国人都是这样的。
信用卡属于unsecured debt，不象房贷等secured debt，信用卡债的追讨是有限的，而
且美国各个州对于追讨年限都有明确限制，一般是3-5年，过期一笔勾销。所以实际上
，信用卡公司是不能把你朋友怎么样的，更别提总共加起来$9000那么点债务，老美几
万几万的欠的多了去了。
这种情况，信用卡公司最常用的就是电话骚扰你，过一段时间后看没有效果，可能会交
给collection company继续骚扰你，但是即使是collection，也不是黑帮讨债公司那样
的无法无天，它们被法律严格规定了只能做什么，比如只能在晚上9点以前打电话，所
用具体手段等等，它们也一样被FTC所监管，说白了，它们只是比信用卡公司叫得更凶
而已，其实也是纸老虎，你可以block它们电话，它们出格了你完全可以反过来告它们
