肖传国教授在世界上第一个提出并证实 “人工建立体神经-内脏神经反射弧” 用于治

其二，方舟子有进行这项工作所必需的知识技能么？须知调查研究也是做学问。怎么设
计，组织，抽样，都是学问。你以为方舟子的调查结果表格是有相关学问的样子吗？还
有，你前面帖子还提过“正常的话”，要有主治医师观察，这里有吗？再有，1500人的
群体选了74人，怎么选的？什么标准？有代表性吗？这诸多问题不清楚，结果的可信度
从何而来？
其三，把那个医院的人全去掉，还有十几人，包括我举出的多个名校有title的教授，
你说他们每个人都有interest conflict?
其四，治愈率是个什么意思？那是偷换概念。100%治愈，那可能吗？有明显促进作用已
经是很可观了。

what Xiao claimed is 85% of homeruns (i.e., complete urinary continence).
7/9 is just increase in bladder pressure with stimulation of the dermatome.
And even this could be due to "not voiding volitionally or using the newly
developed cutaneous reflex" as one commenter pointed out.

15个月以后，停了药和导尿管。没有并发症。第二次，9个病人，一年以后，7个病人能

2009年3月16日，脊柱裂协会举行脊柱裂研究及护理首届世界大会。会前的3月12日，
ACH医院在肖的指导下做了8例手术，其中包括唯一的一名10岁脊髓损伤患者Adam Byrum
。他是其中唯一的一例非“双盲”。
整整3年之后的今年3月12日，这名患者的结果公布了：“术后6个月有少许初步改善，
术后两年无临床改善”。继德国纽约大学的2例、Beaumont医院的2例、德国的8例脊髓
损伤肖氏手术临床试验全部失败后，这例失败无需惊讶。不过，值得注意的是，这是肖
氏手术术后进行探查的唯一一例：“肉眼观察发现吻合完整，未见电生理活动，神经未
从吻合处再生。”
术后探查发现虽然吻合完整，但神经却未再生，这对肖氏手术原理是致命一击。三家试

with sciatic nerve. Would definitely consider nerve injury during IM
injection a possibility, particularly if the patient is thin. Would
prednison help in this case?
As far as conversion disorder goes, does anyone know if the symptom also
follow dermatomal distribution? My guess would be no. But who knows, maybe
the nurse is very good at her anatomy. |

nerve.
Steroids may be helpful.
But here is my concern:
The sensory exam showed a very limited sensory loss on the foot. But the
motor exam indicated not only foot dorsiflexion but also plantar plexion
weakness. This does not make sense at all. A needle stick on the buttock
caused a complete sciatic motor nerve paralysis with relatively sensory

再去上网看许多美国病人的评价，有许多spina bifida patient supporting groups
支持clinical trials。去那些美国人网站去看手术后病人怎么评价方粪spam他们网站。
许多方粪拿着这篇2009的综述，断章取义或英文太差，或别有用心。把一篇比较中性的
文章说成停用肖手术。
贴下文，是为the silenced majority，没有对方粪教育的义务。

发帖数: 57 | 40 没有自己做体检，没有MRI影像学的数据，只能凭空说几句。
如果腰痛，腿痛可以用dermatome，myotome 的分布解释，并且在MRI上有concordant的
椎间盘突出(同侧，同一水平)，才可以考虑手术。即使如此，也有很多医生只有在有
sensory或者motor deficit症状才手术，完全用痛作为手术指针有时并不一定是最佳方
案。术后由于瘢痕组织形成，神经根还有可能再次受到刺激。
这个手术本身就是开放做，也不算特别大。另外，要问清楚放钢板的指针是什么。要做
fusion？
：帮老妈问的。她现在60多了，坐骨神经痛两年前发的病，之前就是腰痛，腿脚发麻，
现在严重到全身痛，坐都不能坐，整天只能躺着，盗汗严重，怕风怕冷，严重影响生活
质量。家在南方某省会城市，在省里最好的医院骨科看了，说是因为椎间盘突出的位置
关系，不能做微创手术，要做开放性大手术，把突出的椎间盘拿掉，把相邻的两节椎骨
用钢板连接，伤口比较大，回复比较慢，风险相对较高。
