非营利的监察政府机构“帝国中心”(Empire Center)报告指出，纽约市环保局(DEP)下
水道工程师巴特尔(Bhavesh Patel)在6月30日结束的2018财政年度薪资逾53万元，其中
半数为加班费；巴特尔的高额薪资凸显纽约市环保局人力短缺及雇员超时工作的问题严
重。
报告指出，巴特尔的53万9098.32元薪资中，包括23万4407.25元本薪、23万7389.73元
加班费，以及6万7301.34的“其他”薪资。
纽约邮报向纽约市政府查证的结果显示，来自史泰登岛的巴特尔在该财政年度的列出
2086小时工时之外，额外加班了1992小时，相当于多工作了81天。

事情是这样的，我在他们网站看到有2012 HONDA CIVIC SEDAN LE 历程23000多，CPO的
，标价14000多，然后我就去了昨天。到了以后一个女的带我试车，说价格原来是18600
多，现在16800，网上的价格是什么要excellent credit + trade in的价格。。明显蒙
人。。墨迹了两个多小时谈到16250，条件是我要当天把税付了当down payment，但问
题是当天他们让我把车开走但是说贷款能不能批，利率多少要今天（周
六，8月3日）才能知道。然后他们非要要走了我的VISA和SSN复印了一份说是银行要。
最后付了1100多。
然后呢，今天中午来电话说，银行说VISA年底过期，没法给我3年或者5年finance，让
我雇主出5年内能sponsor我H1的证明信，问题是哪个雇主会出这种信呢，没可能啊，于
是我说干脆我不要这车了你们把钱退我吧，老大不情愿，然后我直接把车还回去了。又

发帖数: 1 | 34 刚来不久，买车前默默潜水了很久的车版。现在已经提车了，回馈车版说说购车经历。
坐标Houston, 一开始是想要买LR Discovery Sport. 颜色很特别，而且能满足我off
road需要。但是看了一圈，车场里2016年的还剩下大部分的车，心里有点打鼓。
后来闲着无聊，MB就在我家后面，就去试开了GLC。内饰很有现代感，但是车真小，我
坐第二排膝盖已经顶到第一排后背了。GLE空间正满足我的需要。
然后就开始找dealership询价啊。先是去了MB North和糖城的，糖城牛B轰轰不怎么理
人，North倒是愿意谈，但是老是和我废话来废话去，觉得好烦。Star Motors也是愿意
给deal,可是不喜欢那家sales, playing game. 我买车有个原则，尽量不找老油条的
sales买，因为动不动设个陷阱实在很烦。
最后找到了一家新开的MB dealership，sales非常不错，谈了谈，就觉得他很真诚，说
话很实在。然后他也是华人。
紧接着就是去credit union弄贷款。Alliant rate最好，2.24%, 可是只放了4万9给我

店里几个人和电话客服了几次说的都不一样。
有说不用解锁，有的说60天，有的说没有解锁这一说，international dep的客服说的
都没有解锁这一说。
但前两天看版主测试插了联通的卡显示可以用..所以想问一下。给个准信儿吧。
因为经常出差回国，所以想问一下，到底插卡能用不？还是要剪卡。。
