我的理解是，报的话，可以降低当年的AGI。
但是以后买房子，如果房价涨了，那deprecation要交25%的税。
我理解的对么？

因为deprecation当年不交税，所以在卖房子的时候，IRS要recapture那一部分的税。
但是不是按照普通的long term gain，而是25% fixed tax rate。

按我的理解，需要在schedule e上报出gain和loss，最后得到一个总的gain/loss填到
1040上。
我的情况是，产生loss的那个房产，在没有报depreciation的情况下就已经loss了，但
如果考虑两个房子综合，就还有gain，在这种情况下我还能再报告depreciation吗？我
考古了下，rental property loss必须先考虑mortgage interest和property tax，接
下来是utility expense，最后如果还有gain才能报depreciation。我报到utility就已
经把其中一个房子的gain抵消了，但没有抵消两个房子综合下来的gain。但不知道这个
规则是应用在单个房子上，还是可以应用在所有的schedule e上的房子上？
具体说，
Property A: gain $100
Property B: loss without deprecation -20,
depreciation -30.

如果做工程，基本就是endless debugging，大公司内部功能类似的系统往往好几个，
相互之间pk，万一被deprecate掉几年辛苦也费了一大半，最多能有点经验积累。
如果做算法，不过就是找feature，run各种分类聚类预测实验，nb一点的会在svm之类
的现成包里面调调参数，绝大多数还是每天做各种数据萃取清洗转格式外加debug，辛
苦几个月把某指标提升几个百分点——还是运气好了，运气不好直接deprecate掉。 |

myBoardStatus.html uses socket.io to talk with node.js server. When node.js

我也经历过很严重的self-deprecating，and really sucked at it. 如果几年前我发

我也有很深的体会，一个人如果有了self-deprecating的心态，也许是冰冻三尺长时间
的积累，也许是多方面因素造成的。总之很难轻易改变。我想对你说几句话，都是从个
人经历里面体会出来的，不敢奢望一定会有帮助，但至少是一点愿望。
1。When you have a judgement, try to justify yourself.
这是在医院里，对住院医的一个最基本要求：如果你有一个clinical judgement, 你一
定要说出理由。虽然很多时候，出色的clinical judgement往往是临床直觉，但是，在
这个现实的世界里，虽然不一定好听，但是最动听的一首歌就是“找个理由，让我接受
”。严格的说，是找个理由, 最终让法庭接受。因为你每一个clinical judgement，都
有潜在的医疗事故的可能性，而让你被诉诸法庭 |
