(1) Mostly the culprit of 腌制食品 is high salt, which causes high blood
pressure. I wonder if salt can be bleached out by soaking it in water for
hours. My personal experience with corned beef is that it is not so salty if
prepared or cooked this way (with lots of water). I do not cook; so I do
not know whther preparation or cooking in this manner does the treat.

Sweep 最早是银行为了规避不允许给business帐号付利息的一种创新，把存款隔夜扫入
一个投资帐号生成收益，隔夜扫的目的在于不支付存款准备金，也自然没有保险，但是
可以通过收益的方式向Biz帐号提供一点利息。
Fidelity Sweep就是Fidelity提供的这类帐号一般是和几个存款银行合作搞的，他自己
不是Depository存款银行不能吸储。 |

Amex网页上还款，最后一步有个agreement，点进去里面写到：

listed below:
name of depository, account #.
这个是什么意思啊，是不是说我需要提供父母的账户？
