如果按开户开始算一个月

11/18-12/18: deposit3 on 11/14 deposit4 on 11/30
已经满足条件了
如果按自然月
9-10: none
10-11: deposit1, deposit2
11-12: deposit3, deposit4
不满足条件
如果按statement
