法而已，比如，你的H1B延期被据了，原来USCIS给你发个据信就完了，另外最多通知一
下ICE，但ICE会不会或多长时间内给把你deport，都不确定，你可以还有操作的余地，
比如转身份啥的。现在USCIS知道你被拒了身份就非法了，直接给你发信deport，你再
去申诉就只能去申诉deport，转身份就困难多了或者不可能了。
