months after receiving his tenure and becoming an endowed full
professor.
He wrote a blog post yesterday on why he made such a decision. It

在某网站买了一部手机，用UPS Ground从MASPETH, NY运到EL MONTE, CA。
计划送达时间是4月28日，目前显示是on time。
但是从4月22日Depature scan后就没有任何Progress Report了，
之前的货都是几乎每天都能查到运到哪里了，这次是怎么回事呢？很担心的说。
UPS容易弄丢东西吗？

周四早上花了3个多小时从家开车到机场，S95一路狂堵，似乎就预示着我一波三折的LA
之行
到了LA，Limo的司机怎么也找不到我，我不停的打电话联系描述，后来才发现弱智的我
由于没有行李，自己走走直接从depature出了候机大厅，司机在arrival等我呢，虽然
gate一样，楼层不同...我晕，LAX机场suck到家，标示巨滥，不说啥了。上了Limo,结
果路上又狂堵，后来看到了一处Car Accident, 一辆车的车尾和后车的车头撞得面目全
非，sigh,我就赶上堵车了。
招聘会2天累得要死，其实是个career forum,学生来咨询投简历什么的，同样的话我对
不同的人说了几百遍 ：（ 有趣的是我第一天碰到Google的HR，跟他随便聊了几句，
第二天他专门跑过来和我交换名片又聊了半天。他是日本人，base Tokyo, 英语说得巨
好，人长得也暴帅 :) 这个HR走后，我公司的HR开玩笑得说，他明显是要来Recruit我
的，让我别去。我说，我还以为他是想date我...结果过了一阵，这个Google的HR帅哥
又过来，和我的HR交换名片，我看到了他左 |

Domestic flight allows one carry one bag free( 40 lbs ). Checked in baggage need to pay the baggage fee ( up to 50lbs, above will cause extra charge ).
You can check in the baggage at the self service machine first ( must be 45 mins before the depature time), then wait for the agent to call your name to weigh the baggage. |

shore pass。机场过夜记得好像在depature checkin那附近小区有椅子啥的 或找机场
附近住宿过夜。
