做BACKEND的组用的是同一套TOOLS，那套东西会自动检查denpendency然后跑
integration test. 他们是不需要QA的。
做产品的，尤其是靠前端的则不同。尤其我们组，是不用BACKEND那一套TOOLS的。我们
自己有UI AUTOMATION，但是现在已经不知道是谁在写测试脚本，因为组里已经没有
SDET。 我知道一个资历很老的法国小哥能写，还有一个烙印能写，这些都是呆的时间
很长的人了。其他QA，新招进来的一批女阿三，基本都是一行CODE都不能写，只能对着
TICKET做做verification和reproduce.
我们是有UNIT TEST和不同LAYER各自的integration test， SDE自己在写这一部分. 但
是产品光有这些是不够的，需要捕捉regression以及做UI自动化测试等。这一部分曾经
我们是有专人写脚本的。现在基本全扔一边去了。去年有人加了几个FEATURE到CLIENT
，结果根本没SDET/QA提供测试支援，只能自己再花半个月时间学脚本，写脚本。基本

2. 你提供一半以上的家庭费用。

简要的说说我们不靠谱的会计师，事迹如下：
1。我们的会计师用了两年多一点点，最近涨service fee也没提前通知，直接寄来了
invoice，我打电话问，人家回，“有问题吗？” 靠！当然有问题。（accounting fee
涨了11%，payroll service涨了18%）。
2。还有他有broker license，所以要求要帮我们做refinance(是要求不是说服），我
想让我一个朋友做，问他要公司发给我们自己的w-2,人家说要请其他公司做的，要靠私
人关系才行的，不然是作假的，blablabla...当我3岁啊！靠！
3。不懂探亲父母可以报denpendents,也不虚心研究。
还有其他的，比如他office员工经常换，也反映了他待人不厚道吧。我之所以忍了是想
今年报完税就换人了，不想跟他正面冲突，毕竟他手上有我们的personal information
.前一年没觉得他太离谱，人是有点喜欢说大话，但也没什么大问题。大家说说我用什
么理由回绝他比较好呢？不想伤和气，毕竟大家住得近，抬头不见低头见的。谢谢大家

如果他是texas的CPA的话, 你可以到state accountancy board file complain
你的W-2是可以要求他免费还回来的，别的他给你做得paper work你如果想要的话，你
可能得付点reasonable fee 给他。

100。100块能省多少税？
就算你放进去了，看一次病，你得申请那$10，虽然现在可以网上申请，以前都是邮寄
。如果你放进去100，结果只用了80，你不但瞎折腾了，还可能亏本，denpending on
your tax bracket.
fsa不同的是，day care费用高。预算较准确。而且如果有两娃，肯定超标。都不用预
算。just maximize it.
我一直参与fsa,从没参与hsa。。。。连一起申请都嫌麻烦。 |

money in case that you lose interest after first class.
Some time there is good deal to buy realy good skates. And I was told that
those reg price below 100 is not good.
