四月份申请的，七月收到拒信，信上的理由是不能用同一个学位申请两次OPT。但是我
上一次申请用的是MS学位，现在用的是PhD学位，完全符合要求，莫名其妙被拒了。拒
信上说可以申请Motion to Reopen，学校国际学生办公室帮我一起弄了申请，然后发现
SEVIS系统里面我原本的MS学位变成了PhD。。。。申请的时候附上了之前的I20和成绩
单什么的，第一次申请OPT的时候只有MS学位。
Reopen的申请是8月十号收到的，看起来遥遥无期。因为有了offer我去申请加急但是失
败了。。。律师建议我用Ombudsman或者找congressman，USCIS客服建议我去field
office。
请问有人遇到类似情况吗？大家有没有什么好建议？不知道什么时候才能解决，offer
希望我十一月就开始工作，好着急。。。我想问这个算不算USCIS的错误呢？另外加急
是不是只能打电话给USCIS？ |

多半是因为有REO sale的情况,房价被拉下来了.
可以看看lender deny的原因是什么, 一般来说appeal是没什么用的. |

千块），然后也退货不少次，都没问题。今年想再折腾一下装修，所以就又在
craiglist上找人买了HD store credit(面值不到2千块），装修师傅一直往后拖，所以
我就把store credit用了，然后在退（以前也是这么做的，怕卡被卖家盗用，Pin
number都是在卡上的）。结果第一次退没问题。第二次就被deny了。回来查了一下，HD
在几年前开始用那个TRE system，用store credit买的东西去退很容易上这个TRE的黑
名单。我确实是贪小便宜，如果知道现在这么严格了，开始也不会买Store credit了。
想问一下，这个TRE黑名单是永久性的吗？看网上有人说过90天就好了，不确定。

went to branch for sth else, and the banker told me I have pre-appr, and
encourage me to try (I guess he could get commission fee)
I tried but no instant approval, I called in a few days later for status,
and got nothing. Last night (8 days later), I saw new account shown in my
Chase online account.

urine culture.
United Healthcare deny掉了所有的费用，也不算进deductible里，说是does not
meet preventive guideline.可是这几项检查明明都是列在insurance policy里面的项
目啊。
打电话问保险公司，被告知医院提供的code没有显示preventive，让我联系医院，他们
什么也做不了。
打电话给医院，被告知没有给错code，所有的孕妇都是按这个code报的。
这怎么是好啊？难道就老老实实自己把账单交了？ |

孩子没事，很奇迹）被送ER，过了几个小时医生检查说没出血可以回家了，如果出血就
住院观察。然后后来又出了几股血，医生检查也确认了，把我吓得直哭，也要求住院，
医生也同意了。然后住了一晚上。
没想到今天收到信说deny。是不是可以跟医生沟通再向保险公司申诉？ |

的receipt，还在processing。 B单位说我可以去他们那边工作了，把A单位这边
terminate。但是我担心如果case被deny，我岂不是就要回国，然后再reenter。现在可
以交1225刀，USCIS就可以做优先处理，15天给答复。否则正常transfer要两到三个月
。我该付钱去做优先处理还是冒着风险去B单位工作啊？请有经验的朋友之指点指点！

非常奇怪的时候，离境之后一周后收到移民局的信件，信件的日期就是我妈妈离境的日

现在有点担心，她的签证还是有效吗？是不是在EVUS上面注册就可以了？

Before I went to Canada, HR did tell me if I get denied, I can not go to the
US Consulate in Canada for a visa interview; I have to go back to China for

楼主四月八号 被issue的 i-20, 十二号寄出，USCIS 十四号收到，但我一直等到五月
二号还没有收到receipt number， 非常着急， 问了USCIS的客服， 他们要求我重新寄
一份， 三号重新寄，当时心态非常乱，USPS 说六号能寄到， 我就寄了， 结果USPS
直到九号才送到我的材料，也就是说距离我的i-20 的 issue date （四月八号）已经
过去三十一天了， 肯定会被deny。
我问学校的老师，老师说可以withdraw 这个case 再寄一份，但是我在有些学校的
withdraw要求上看到withdraw申请需要等他批下来才可以寄第二份（https://www.ufic
.ufl.edu/iss/Forms/opt_APPLICATION_WITHDRAWAL.pdf），我的grace period 是五月
八号到七月七号，如果等他批准我的withdraw申请很可能要来不及，我也问过本地的律
师，他们认为可以这样不用等批准，现在发到坛里来想问问大家的意见，有没有经历过
