Are you talking about average during the past 10-20 years or last 2 years. I
can imagine many funds will have dividend lower than 2% before the last 2
years but have dividend higher than 2% for the last 2 years due to re-
demption pressure and reduced fund size. Although I don't have data to back
it up.
