放你妈狗屁。两房的charter里都规定了只能担保不超过80%ltv的loan，或者borrower
自己交20%，或者borrower问银行借2nd lien，然后买mortgage insurance。现在
mortgage insurance都倒了，银行也不作2ndlien生意了，买房的基本都要付25%到40%
的downpayment。这种5%的条款对fha/va还有效果，对两房就是胡jb扯。
就好比说你和你犹太老公结婚时已经签了每天下体要洗干净的约定，现在你劳工又要叫
