have early fetal demise. I know others may want to make you feel better by
saying that it's too early, but CRL of 12 mm is not too early. You can ask
for HCG values if it makes you feel better, but there is not much hope.

Apple is not really a tech savy company, the lag will be bigger and bigger.
Hardware profit will be killed (look at DELL/HP/IBM, they used to own
hardware, and selling at a high margin. 10 years ago, HP makes big bucks
