其实我反对的只是武断的指责中国的道路安全情况，用夸张的感性认识代替理性的数据
分析。
我觉得每百公里路段人数总和（包括行人，乘客和驾驶员）/车辆总和比例之下的死亡率会更客观一些。否则
无车（非洲偏远地区热闹的集市），无路（阿富汗山地），无人（美国阿拉斯加通往北
冰洋海岸的Delton Hwy)都不能准确反映问题。 |

It comes with an M4 1:9 Chrome-Moly barrel with M4 feed ramps. It has a
"F" marked front sight base. It will shoot both 5.56 and .223. The stock
is a 6 position carbine. It comes with one mil-spec magazine. And yes, it
does come with a Del-Ton lower receiver. The T-marked flattop upper has
been assembled and test fired by a professional gunsmith.

and the dealer will then go through the paperwork and transfer the kit to
you; and if you are in California, you will need to make sure this rifle
is on the list of approved weapons.
