我给表妹买了个电脑，用了大半年硬盘坏了，打个电话dell寄了个新的过来。
后来我也买了个便宜的dell笔记本，寄过来装了skype发现麦克风不能用，dell的客服
网上远程过来倒腾一番还是不行，于是又直接寄了个新的过来。
至于原来的有问题的电脑，dell都是直接给了free-shipping的包裹，打包之后叫fedex
过来取走就行。

在AMEX的活动中中了10张30刀的Dell Gift Cards，想再买个Dell的笔记本电脑今年暑
假回国给家人用。父母也就是用电脑上上网，看看视频~
但是自己对Dell的笔记本电脑很不熟悉，不知道大家有什么推荐的没有~
价钱在800刀以内，最好是600刀左右的~
大家推荐的型号，如果我最后买了的话，就给发包子啦~

小僧上次提醒大家Dell SBZ Coupon的预先准备,还是晚了一点点,罪过罪过!
刚才看见一位大侠居然出刀100,可见一时之行情.
Dell之狡猾,就在于其5%只给两天,而两天是拿不到15%的.
Dell之笨拙,就在于其125off1000太有周期性规律,以至于上一个非one-time-use的15%一
过期,不才就预感到机会来了.
Dell之可恨,就在于其sign-up-email已不再有100%的保障,而成了抽奖碰运气.
不才还是功力不够,有三个15%都没沉住气,不等5%出现就下了单,于是损失超过100刀.
所幸最后一个15%鞠躬尽瘁:
1000x(-2%)x(-15%)x(-5%)-125+41=707
这最后两个S30的确给不才带来了大侠们常挂口边的快感...
让我们展望下一个125off1000,期待那惊鸿一现的15%off,并胸有成竹的守候那5%的致命一

首先，他家会在瞬间charge你的信用卡并把order status改成In production，这样你
就不能cancel了。（我因为信用卡被hold了，所以dell没法charge，就一直没有进入In
production）
其次，他家网站没法cancel，只能打电话cancel
假如你很幸运在你打电话的时候，你的order status还没有变成In production， 你可
以打电话cancel。 打电话cancel一般要经过三个过程：
1. 打电话给dell客服，dell的客服电话首先是机器答录，机器会让你选择你打电话的
目的，先后会让你做很多选项，在你做完这个n个选项后，会把你连到dell人工客服。
到了人工客服，你说你要cancel，他会先问你一堆问题（包括order number， 姓名，
地址，为什么cancel），然后告诉你说他不能cancel， 需要把你转到order
modification department。（XX，既然不能cancel，问这么多废话干啥）

up的话明天能邮出来吗 他说不确定 我说算了你给我cancel了吧 不差那点钱 就是想

总之这件事之后我告诫自己 永远也不在dell买东西了
