我在米国从来和黑人及红脖都能轻易友好相处。

这是在用中国地下长城来做理由，美国国会授权美军对中国进行先发制人核打击。大约
一个星期前，看到好像是国家利益杂志上文章说一旦进行对中国的核打击，就不能保证
只是其武装系统和工业中心被打击了，人口中心一样。就跟中国人说过洛杉矶会成为中
国核攻击毁灭对象一样。
但是这样的消息在百度上查不到，我也去google搜了一下中文信息，居然没有查到。中
国管制了这个信息？难怪中国老百姓现在一个个嗷嗷叫喊打美国，他们被蒙蔽了，只知
道中国已经是差不多跟美国平起平坐的新强权了。不知道中国是什么用意。我怀疑是有

若干。
听说，上defensive driver course可以把点给消掉。
问题是，为了车保险的discount，LD09年2月份刚上过这个课，现在刚过一年，这个课
是3年有效的。
请问，是现在再去上一遍这个课吗，然后报给保险公司，就能把点消掉了？
还是现在不能上，要等以后去上？ |

发帖数: 2087 | 47 别指望出事了车救你，要努力避免出事才是王道。所以大家不如分享defensive
driving的tips.
除了保持车距，换lane回头看，拐弯尽量避免刹车，弯道尽量避免换lane，不要突然刹
车，路口加倍谨慎，把周围车的司机都当新手等一些基本的，我自己觉得几个比较有用
的tips是：
1. 高速上靠边行驶（不要过份超速的情况下建议靠左，更安全）。一，把和两侧车发
生接触的概率减少一半，更关键的，二，万一遇到来不及刹车有追尾危险时，可以开到
路边。我至少有一次遇到前面突然刹车，安全地开到一侧，避免了追尾。这一点的关键
是一旦感觉可能来不及制动，就提前把方向盘微微打向路肩，千万不能有突然动作。这
个需要找机会练习一下。在我们马里兰，大部分高速最左lane不许卡车行驶，靠左也有
这方面的心理优势。
2. 养成眼观六路耳听八方的习惯，时刻都知道自己前后左右的车流的状况。其实主要
是习惯性地看看后视镜，知道自己后面的车流状况。
3. 好好保养车车，尤其确保刹车系统没事！我一朋友一直感觉刹车有问题，四次检查
都说没事，前两天告诉上遇到猛刹车情况，车子突然右冲出高速，进到路边沟里翻车，

）。它只是对不利因素（比如不良司机的危险驾驶）进行防御。虽然可以避免它们最终
导致车祸，但还是太被动了。
我本人提倡“offensive driving”。这个词是我自己造的，不要从字面上理解。我的
意思是要更加积极主动一些。比如有人喜欢钻危险空当。你不是随时准备他真的钻你的
空当。而是主动出击，让他根本没有危险空当可钻。
有人一定说，你这叫agressive driving。就知道有人这么理解。“没有危险空当”也
可以是“有安全空当”啊。你人为给他造一个安全空当就算我说的“offensive
driving”。这个空当可以在你前后左右，以对以对你自己最有利为准。
这里面学问很大，技术含量也不低。没有危险空当，也可以表示没有任何空当。造安全
空当还有时机和位置是否合理的问题。我不好说多少年驾龄才可以练出来。但有一条是
肯定的，我所说的“offensive driving”的司机必须集人品、智商和技术（有时候还
要体能）于一身。 |

该让的一定让，不该让一定不让，比如我也是为了不让别人超车，可以把车跟得很紧那
种。
但是我就试过，我不让，结果我前面的车急刹让，害的我差点追尾。
