标 题: 问一个保险deducible的问题

感觉CDHP/HSA很好很省钱。
我有个很重要的问题
假设CDHP保险的deductible 是 1500. 去了doctor visit, doctor 账单为500. 根据
经验这个服务的保险公司价格为100. 因为这是一年的第一次visit，所以必须自己付
。 【据说PPO的话doctor visit 基本都100%保了不用deductible，除了copay。但是
CDHP必须用deductible支付】
问题是我付500还是100？具体是怎么操作的？
doctor会当场收我500吗？ 还是把账单寄给保险公司， 保险公司检查账单，把修改账
单到100我再来付$100？ 保险公司会修改这个账单吗？因为他们反正不付。
因为有一次保险公司根本就没改这个数字（当时是整整400），反正不是他们付钱，是

既然你这么喋喋不休的纠缠不清，姐来告诉你，如果是说公式的推演，deduce/
deducing/deduction比你所说的那个derive/deriving/derivation要合适的多。
很多东西都可以derive出来，但是公式都是deduce出来的。当然你要说the equation
was derived from blablabla也没错，但是deduce更贴切。 |

是这种高deducible.整个反了，他们就是吃准，大灾有政府补偿，小灾有deducible当
着，基本就免则了。
当然当年游说的时候就好似用你这种似是而非的理由做说头的。

就是从１９９９到２００９整个小布什当政期间，涨了１００％。大致和当年的保险价
格变化类似。但是因为中间经历了从学生保险到公司保险的变化，不很确认否真实。
０９年，我的保险：非专科ｃｏｐａｙ ２０＄， 专科ｃｏｐａｙ３５＄，no other
money out of pocket, 网内（包括哥伦比亚医学中心，霍普金斯医学中心等等）无上
限．价格为ｘ。
２０１２年，放弃该plan,因为价格直接由上一年的1.5x上涨到接近６x，不能负担
改换ＰＰＯ＋（每人deduction 2000, 家庭deducation 5000），价格为比ｘ高约２０
％。
２０１5年， ＰＰＯ＋价格为 ４ｘ，

拖到dealer去。事故报告星期五才能拿到，警察没给我ticket。打了电话到保险公司，

10月下旬某天早上送小孩上学去，在drop off区，前面一辆车倒车碰到了我的左前门，
有一个不大不小的凹陷。我是第一次碰到这种情况。当时对方给了名片，我要了她的保
险信息，没拍照片（手机没带），没找警察（想一个学校附近的邻居，损伤也不大）。
对方想私了，我没同意，就各自报险走正常流程吧。结果麻烦来了。
先是等了1周多以后对方公司没有任何动静（也没联系我的保险公司），打电话过去一
问，对方保险说当时她不在车里，是我碰的她。对方已经把case close了。
遇到赖皮了！没办法，我就到学校附近贴广告找证人。还好第二天就有两个当时在场并
看到全过程的人留电话愿意作证。把证人信息提交给我的保险公司。
过了2周后我的保险公司联系过证人后得出结论不是我的责任，把证人信息和结论递交
给了对方保险公司。
到现在又过了3周了，对方的adjustor很强势的说相信他的客户，没必要联系我的证人。
我的agent建议我：
1、让对方去改口供，要不就说要起诉她
2、先通过我保险公司把车修了（要自己付500 deducable），等他们去仲裁。不保证结

里程62,000 mile（动力链还在原厂保修范围内，所以加Certified之后总保修还有8年
多，10几万迈，$0 deducible）
机器挺好，一点就着，维护保养啥也还行，没有漏液现象，车身也还凑合，有点使用痕
迹。当时赶时间，重点检查了机器和Frame。后来发现两个小毛病（把手和后排控制屏
），应该都可以免费修（1年全身质保，$0 deducible）。
试了试20"的圈还是挺实用的，路面不好走时影响很小
出门价$33,368，标配+Texas Edition+后垫
首付$8000，年利2.74%，48 months。本来想买全新，银行不肯贷给更多:(，说我信用
历史短（8个月，只有信用卡）
PS：后垫这东西出厂居然原价大几百刀，更令我不解的是居然有人买…… |

但是一般有次数限制
比如一年或者两年一次 之类的
总之 医生会把握，， 其实保险不难理解 多看两眼就行了
前面有人说了 怎么才能少拿钱 多看病
一般上班的 都是 提前一年预算 非急诊病
把钱存HSA 这样能稍微省点
一般ppo 除了deduc 还有max out。
有的deduc 高 但是 max 最多也就是3000
所以一年还可以
自己买保险可能贵点

资料，以及我们自己的保险（High deductible PPO, $1500 annual deducible for

1. Serum (blood) integrated Screening (而不做Quad Marker Screening和
Sequential Integrated screening), $162
需要抽血两次，主要检查唐氏综合征（检出率85%），18号三染色体增生(79%), 无脑儿
(97%), 脊柱分叉（80%），腹壁缺陷（85%），SLOS综合征（60%）
2. Harmony Prental test, 网上查到自费$200, 走保险可能>$500
检查的13,18,21和性染色体
3. Counsyl Family Prep Screen, 自费$99, 走保险Counsyl报价$480 (for 2.0)

收入里减吗？比如说j2收入$3000的话，是不是减去$3600的deduction要交的税就是0了
？还是这$3650的deducation 要从两个人的总收入里减，即使j1不用交税，这样的话
deducation对于j2基本没用？

as someone said, you need a generator:

problems. I was right at not asking me of C++ problems, but wrong at other
parts. Here are questions she asked me.

这中间你说的那个是deduced rate， 你自己想当然的就把它当做
总录取率了， 以为就就是70%了。
其实纯粹他妈的胡扯淡！
这个70%指的是， 对于所有的香港高中生先筛一编， 满足minimum
要求的，才能去申请。 最后，这些能申请的人中，才有70%录取而已。
这玩意直接把没满足minimum的直接给踢掉了，你还在这里胡累累。
现在大陆的很多省份，高中录取率都过90%了。
港灿，弄这个破玩意，就是纯傻逼！
