要立刻refund，因为不想费钱寄假货回来。。。
现在问题是，包肯定是真的，但买了2年早把发票扔了。虽然打包的时候拍了不少照片
，包也有防尘袋之类。但没有直接证据证明包的来源(没发票),不像手机电脑，可以对
SN。
因为不是专业卖家，就偶尔卖一下自己用不着的东西，没有对付evil的经验。版上考古
了一下，也没有看到什么好方法。之前听说ebay保护买家，不知道大家有没有什么建议。

deception on your side, so I don't see a problem.
On the other hand, remote landlording might be a pain in the neck. Make sure

辩称是文件打印费。ORZ）。后来信用卡账单收到，才发现钱不是付给政府，而是加州
的一个公司，这时候才知道被骗了。在网上查了一下，很多人碰到同样的问题。
大家要警惕这个网站。

也让大家警戒IT的无赖行为。
一年多前买家具enroll到一个12个月0payment0interest的program,相信很多人都有类
似的经验。到第12个月的时候寄来statement，突然上面比平时的due day多出了一个
expiration day。这个expiration day 比due day早10天，而收到账单的时候已经过了
expiration day了，估计他们发bill的时候是根据due day算的。当时根本搞不清这个
expiration day是什么东东，但是赶紧当天把款全部付清了。结果下一个月来了一个
400刀的finance charge说因为没有在expiration day之前付清。给他们发dispute
letter, 打电话说这个date 不合理。 it统统耍赖说不给waive，还说你怎么不在前11
个月付清啊，要求和上级说话就被转给voice mail。 在dispute investigation期间还
往charge上又加利息。
气都气死了，根本就是 |

这个BT一样，你在之前一个月账单到时，要把账单付清了，否则利息和FINANCIAL CHAR
GE都来了。
你要打官司之前，要仔细看一下T&C，否则又花一笔冤枉钱。

，融会贯通了，不能随便就点或说YES。
你欠人家钱，应该在你欠钱的那一刻就知道具体哪一天还钱，不能想当然是第12个月的
DUE DATE啊，如果给你的EXPIRATION DATE就是满你消费12个月的那一天，你还真说不
着人家CITI，人家应该算正经做生意的。除非是1年前告诉你个还钱日，现在又改了。
你要打官司，手里得有证据。我看不出你有啥有利的证据来。
