居然yard debris也可以放绿色筒。

14年如果maintain的好还可以撑几年的~ 就是换composition屋顶的时候多一道工序，
下面没有0.8 inch的plywood，要补上，然后上composition~
Tile roof在本地还有个问题，都号称life time warranty，可是ceremic tile 也好，
concrete tile也好，下面的防水层可不是life time的，三十年差不多了；加州tile
roof多，那边有公司专门拆了换下面的防水层，本地tile roof少，真不知道有没有做
得好的公司来做这一项~ 我自己是concrete tile roof的，我没觉得好~ 我宁可前房主
换得是50年的composition屋顶，好看，也比较好maintain~ 不过我的tile roof麻烦事
多也是因为周围太多树，以及gable不够高，容易积debris~ concrete tile roof长青
苔也长得厉害，因为tile 是porous的，表面粗糙，挺容易长青苔的~ |
