partial pay，也就是比如买10块的东西，用reward checking pay $1，余下用credit

一个是用银行帐号(routing number 加 account number),
另一个是credit card.
没有什么debit card的选项啊。

好了，这下终于领略了，cap 1的垃圾所在
现在master card oo很火，由于我只有这么一张master card (cap 1)，所以就用它抢
deal
NND，deal是差不多每一个都抢到了，不过问题来了，MD，不能付款。
由于这张卡没怎么用过，里面没钱，所以用了cap 1的transfer功能，1 business day
。MD，钱过了2个business day到帐后，还不能用，要tmd pending 3天才能用。这我也
忍了，眼看OO的截止日期快到了，还在pending期限内，就用wire transfer。这下我想
MD你cap 1再烂也能让老子用钱了吧。

MD,过了几分钟，merchant给我发邮件，说无法付钱，让我改付款信息。我看了下，TMD

BOA的eBanking支票账户（无最低额限度），原本余额也就200块左右，存了一张800块的支票。当
时只给100块的available credit，那就是300咯，没在意。
因为两天前bill pay了一张信用卡的balance，180块左右。心说就算没有支票这档子事，我的原
先那200块也够cover那180的bill pay了。
可是今早被邮件惊醒：说我余额为-600块！！！
上网银一看，又多出了一个debit hold！hold了那800-100的700来块---原本那还好，可是哪成
想两天前的180块的bill pay也process到账户上了，于是乎加到一起就变成了-600多块！
请问版上各位：
我刚刚已经问过online CSR了，说是会有overdraw fee，35块。因为是在那debit hold的
700块之后账户又有支出所以才导致的。
这个overdraw fee是只要发生了超额交易就发生的呢还是在当天business day结算后如果是
minus balance的话才charge fee的呢？

1. 申请boa online ebanking.
2. get their debit card.
3. set up PIN. 最好是4个数字。而且头尾必须非0.例如：8009就行
4. mail the card to china
如果需要寄给多个人，那么重复如上。
这样他们就可以用卡取钱，例如：生日礼物，过年，过节，急事。。。。
我这样用了几年了，父母兄弟姐妹。。。。。从来不需要从美国汇钱过去的。又安全方
