，买了5张卡, 过几天后查询账户发现账户显示“Your account was deactivated. ”
估计被groupon发现了（下次不能占这样的便宜了）。 但是现在的问题是我的5个账户
里面有一个有375 gift card (主账户),其它的有75的gift card (gift card全部是自
己信用卡在CVS购买，有收据)。
目前状况：和groupon电话和email联系几次，都说我违反了他们的规定，不能退还gift
card。

不过IRS那里有个事情最好做一下：ITIN的条款上写着：一旦拿到SSN，应该停止使用
ITIN，同时写信给IRS，附上SSN和ITIN复印件，deactivate这个ITIN。

I actually called Target about "invalid card/PIN error." It's
not just an error, they deactivated it for promotion abuse. They insist
buying new gift cards with old gift cards-- abuse (never seen any terms and
conditions about promotion abuse). The supervisor kept saying like a robot &
#34;we can't do anything about it." And he even hung up very rudely.
