美国消费者产品委员会与俄亥俄州的宝洁公司(The Procter & Gamble Co.)周五宣布自愿回收治疗伤风及流感的药Vicks Dayquil Cold & Flu 24-Count Bonus Pack Liquicaps。消费者应当马上停止服用这些药品。
据星岛日报综合报道，这药含有醋氨酚(acetaminophen)，未用儿童安全包装，也没有标明。如果吞服数粒胶囊，可以对儿童导致严重的健康问题，或者死亡。
这些药品在加拿大制造，正要回收的约70万盒，以橙色包装，附有绿色的Vicks标志，通用产品码是UPC#:3 23900 01087 1。其它的Vick产品不包括在这次的回收行动之内。
消费者应当防止儿童取得这产品。宝洁公司将会提供全部的退款或代用券。成年人可以继续按指示使用这产品。

DayQuil has many different forms with various ingredient. The one containing
antihistamine is causing dizziness and drowsiness. The one you listed here
may also cause dizziness due to phenyl ephedrine vasoconstriction effect.
如果娜娜只需要止咳，用dextromethorphan就够啦，其他成分只有增加副作用！
