there were 9 days that I didn't do any exercise.
The first day of training, this Monday, 6.7mi, very slow, 10min pace, abs/
legs/butts were sore the day after. Tuesday, 12mi easy, 9min pace, quads
were sore. Wednesday, 7.6mi easy with 5k MP-20sec pace, quads got even more
sore!
This really surprises me that only 9 days, I have to readapt my body to
running

recommended me to add the sixth day "Practice Exam" to the 5-day course. The
five-day course is $2799. Step 2 CS Practice Exam is $999. If the class is
enrolled before Dec 31, 2009, one-day Practice Exam class can get $300 off.
The total will be $3499.
I am kind of confused with the Step 2 CS Practice Exam. Is it necessary to
add the 6th day Practice Exam? Thanks very much in advance for your kind

对于给你同样的利率比如5%来说， 你有60day做loan直到closing， 你没有cost， 只
是loan broker赚的rebate少于lock30day的。
所以， 大部分case愿意lock30天，这样， buyer可以拿到低1/8的利率， 比如，
broker同样拿回1%的rebate， lock30day可以给buyer4.875的利率， lock60day就只能
给buyer 5的利率了。
一般broker拿回rebate的心里价位是一定的。

I am trying to do refinance.
I saw the online rate for 30 day lock refinance is pretty good. However the
lender told me that it is their policy that they do not offer rate for 30
day lock. They only do the 45 day lock, which has higher closing cost.
I did refinance once with them in 2014 which had 30 day lock.
I am wondering if it is her excuse.
I thought refinance is easier, and can be done quicker.
Any opinion?

申了UA chase visa 卡，花1K送35000miles那个(土人一个，实在没有65000的Offer给
我)
结结实实的花了1.1K美刀，可惜不知道需要在statement close之前一个礼拜就得消费
那些金额，结果statement出来后只显示6100miles earned, 然后送了$50 credit, 没
有那个传说中的30,000miles，打电话去问，告知因为close之前6天没有消费够1k，所
以只能下个statement给我30,000miles，又要等一个月啊！
因为chase网上可以更改bill due day，所以请问这里的大侠们,我如果更改bill due
day的话，会不会也随之更改我的statment close day,(貌似这两个day相差25天?grace
period?)，如果可以，我现在把bill due day 改到每月的19号(现在是7号)，那么我
的新的statement就会在下周close，这样我就可以尽早拿到那30,000miles尽早买机票了

我身边的朋友怎么都相反？一个个都是让我早点送孩子去day care，说越早越容易适应
当然，也是指1岁以后，但都说一定要2岁以前
听了大家说的，我决定一定要再找找其他day care
可是去的那家4星级已经是据说的最好一个了，我倒啊。。。。。。。。
有个本地著名大学的day care，名字你肯定知道啊，它家day care非常之挤破头

以前也是想，娃还不会说话，在day care里受罪了都不知道。但通过两个不同的day
care，我还是能很明显得感觉到宝宝是否开心。都说第一天。
第一个day care，老师说吃得好，玩得好，睡得好，就是睡前哭了一下。但我们接的时
候人是呆呆的，眼睛是红肿的，回家后一定要父母抱，放下就哭，像饿死鬼一样狂吃。
第二个family care，老师的说法的基本是一模一样啊。但我们接的时候人是开开心心
的，看到谁都笑，脸干干净净的，回家放下地就玩开了，吃饭比以前多一点，但不至于
像饿死鬼一样狂吃。
从第一个day care接回来后，心里就是不踏实，不踏实，严重怀疑老师说的话，反复纠
结后就决定不送了。
第二个day care接回来后，心里就一万个放心，一点不怀疑老师的话，觉得自己的决定
太正确了。才送了几天，就觉得娃性格都变得开朗起来，也不晓得是不是我心理作用，

day care最好是family day care，因为娃才1岁多点，想着是不是先去family day
care好一些，而且听说大部分day care不接受2岁以下的小孩子。为这件事情，都焦头

后来ultrasound，医生说我period不准，due day delay一周，是4月14号，
今天（29周）又去看医生，医生说最近一次ultrasound说due day是4月6号，
我就问医生到底哪个是due day, 医生就说4月6号到4月14号之间，
那我怎么知道哪天算40周，要不要去催产啥的呢。。。。

发帖数: 365 | 43 楼上有位朋友讲宝宝上Day Care三周的经历。我们家这个也是最近才进Day Care。有些感触，写出来分享一下。
小丫头上周末刚过完一周岁生日，周一就送去Day Care了。这家Day Care是孩子她爹单位on site的，名声不错，关键是离家近，所以丫头没出生就在waiting list上排着了。今年3月份有个名额，那时考虑孩子太小，而且公公婆婆在这边，就推了。这次9月份又有空位，虽然现在我父母在这边，但是他们明年初就要回去，想想那时候不一定正好有名额，而且丫头也比较大了，先去适应适应可能也不错，就接受了这个机会。
那边要求头一天父母一方或双方在Day Care全陪，以便老师观察家长怎么照顾宝宝吃饭，换尿布，哄睡等等。于是我就请了一天假去乐。
丫头上的infant班共有9个宝宝，4-5个老师。老师们轮班，不同时出现，保证任何时候班上师生比例为1：3。（这个比州法律规定的1：4要好）我们去的那天只签到了7个宝宝，还有俩生病缺席。丫头在班上年龄算中不溜，3个比她小（4，7，10月）；3个比她大（14，16，18月）。最大的那个据说下周就要升到toddler班去。

，我目前该如何准备（或者说该做些什么）让他从家到DAY CARE的生活转变顺利些？
他现在18个月了，这么长时间全是老人白天在带。几个我比较担心的问题。
吃饭，不会自己吃，吃饭时间长。他胃口不错，不过爱玩，奶奶常常要喂半个多小时。
当然他吃得也不少。到了DAY CARE，我想没人会这么喂他。
睡觉，睡觉前闹觉很厉害，尤其是午睡。每天睡午觉都是艰苦的斗争。只要眼睛还有力
气睁着，就要玩，死活不肯睡，要人哄，哭闹。老师说他要上的班是小朋友每人一个床
垫，吃完饭，就自己睡觉。我们这个目前完全没可能。
玩，他实在太调皮的，每天在家里到处跑，一刻不闲。我担心他不听老师指挥，要被
TIME OUT。而且一有什么事情不如他意，就哭，居然能挤出眼泪来，身体还一挺一挺的
表示抗议。
现在一想到DAY CARE，我就忧心忡忡，很心疼他，但是这一关也必须要过。
请大家指教，有什么是我能做的，我该怎么让他准备好DAY CARE的生活。感谢！ |

周五: fruit salad day
一周至少两天玩水-要换游泳衣的，一天玩泡泡。蒙校的名号谁都可以用，只学表皮没
有本质的伪蒙校伪老师太多了。

发帖数: 862 | 46 今天老大在day care午睡前，出了意外，撞到了桌角，右眼角擦掉块皮，有流血，下眼
眶浮肿。
听老师说事情是发生在12点左右准备睡午觉的时候。
问题是，day care是在1点20分给我们发的邮件，2点多电话到LG的公司轻描淡写的说了
撞破了，当时没说是眼角，LG有个会就没第一时间过去。
刚去接娃，才发现是眼角弄伤，眼眶还肿。
书包里发现了Bumps and band aids的纸条，发现上面老师的描述和电邮上描述的不同
。还有觉得day care怎么没有nurse报告？也没第一时间通知家长。想问问版面上的家
长们，这种情况正常吗？我们该怎么做？因为老大full time 去这家day care 才2周。
我实在没经验怎么处理类似事情。请大家出处主意。
