0603 RFE逃生”, 我的case就是David Yang律师帮忙的。杨律师为人很好，我是I-140/
I-485一起递交的，case递交之前我还见过他一面。当时因为失业了，我和LD 的485都
是他帮忙的，他只收了我们一半的钱。
David Yang律师工作认真负责，办案风格朴实，注重写作细节和材料间的逻辑关系，强
调客观证据，不是漫天吹的那种。算上RFE，我有10封RL，长短不一的6封testimonial
letters，每封信他都修改4-5遍，一般3天左右回信。我还经常和他打电话讨论写作的
思路和咨询工作签证的相关信息，每次都是有问必答。我想如果我请的是一个喜欢吹的
律师，估计这次肯定会死在0603这种死扣细节的杀手刀下。

去年夏天的一个下午，和几个朋友一起去Yankees Stadium 看球，那
天正好是Old Timer's Day, 天气也很好，Stadium内外人群熙熙攘攘
，一片祥和气氛。我们搞了几张黄牛票，随着大队人马入了场。
先发投手是David Cone。那天是他的Perfect Game之后的第一场比赛
。
Perfect Game, 27 up, 27 down, Baseball Immortality.
对手好象是明尼苏达，也可能是别的队，但是Who
cares，所有YANKEE球迷心中的英雄在投球。
比赛在全场喝彩声中开始。Cone那天远远不够完美，2,3局就被夯出5
,6分，而Yankees也就输掉了这一场。但人人也没觉得怎样，可以理
解嘛，Perfect Game后有些松懈。我们也纷纷拍了些照片，高高兴兴
回家了。
但谁也没想到，我们目睹了David Cone Yankee生涯坠落的最开端。
天下没有不散的宴席。Cone加盟Yankees六年后，终于决定脱下箭条
衫，Yankee迷们也要黯然挥别自己所爱戴的投手。

眼珠才依稀可见他昨日的面孔。朋友和我经常通信，问问David的情况。看到他很好，
我就放心了。
想起当初去领养他的时候，他看到我就移开眼神，可能在想这个老中这么ws,怎么可能
养得了我David高贵的身躯，哈哈。第一次见面他其实很不乖，而且似乎在找一个女的
养他。猫对人类的男女还是分得清的。后来回家后，躲起来2天，然后就开始主动亲近
了。有次我躺床上，他竟然抬起前脚，象踩小动物一样朝我私处踩去，可能是为了确定
我是公的，不是母的，哈哈。这才体会到猫对付人有他自己的办法，真的是通人性的动
物。
已经养过狗，鱼，猫，所以对养宠物有亲身体验。都是开心开始，伤心结束。那条狗在
我上高中时死掉了，上自习前我匆忙地从家里赶往学校，它就躺在家门口，那眼神让我
一辈子都不能忘记，sigh,那是什么样的眼神啊，里面述说着一段历史，一段心路，一
句告别，可惜我忙着学习，没有当回事，回来它就已经死了，我竟然没有很强烈的感觉

一、政教分離走錯方向
一九四七年發生一案（Everson vs. Board of Education），法院首次斷章取義，引用
傑弗遜信中半句話，說︰「第一人權修正案已立起了『政教分離之牆』。我們必須守護
這牆，使牆堅固高大。」
這是美國首次將牆的方向傾倒。以往第一人權修正案是保護教會，免政府干涉；現在法
院倒轉過來，說是保護政府不受教會薰陶。這是個嶄新的理論！
大法官們為何這樣判案呢？
原來他們是深受現代心理學之父雅各威廉博士（Dr. William James）影響。雅各威廉
強烈反對政府及教育尊崇基督教。他的名言是︰「無論甚麼謬論，講得多了，眾人都會
信以為真。」
這就是法院緊接一九四七年，上述判決後所使用的技倆。他們開始頻頻提到「政教分離
」，解釋說︰「開國元勛們要政教分離。」他們說不出開國先賢們實際上說過甚麼話，
卻一口咬定，先賢們要政教分離。
法院不斷強調政教分離，一九五八年，在審訊Baer vs. Kolmorgen案件中，一位法官終

尺码8.5。
全新，完全没穿国。
今天刚刚收到，明明很期待的，本来这种帅气靴子就是我的菜，平跟很好穿，结果……
见鬼的，居然尺码买小了。
我平常美国的鞋子穿8码的，国内穿39码的，这个鞋子8码半我想应该差不多，然后就悲
剧了，穿不上咧。
估计8码脚和腿都很瘦的妹子，或者7码半的妹子，7码的妹子才能挑战。
150刀转，这个大概是原价的五折左右。所以才没法退，只好转给能穿的妹子啦。（啊
啊，再感慨下买错尺码）

退回了.不知道他们公司是怎么赔偿给美国发货大虾们的.
我忍了又忍,自己赔钱给客人,也没打算找他们公司赔偿了,想着合作还是和气一点好呢.
..
以前他们公司说无论包裹多少,都可以让美国的合作公司上门取货,结过没干几天,美国
的合作伙伴不干了,说成本高.... 要求没有30磅不上门取. 而且30磅的东西要用一个大
箱子装好. 我头大,我去哪里找那么多的大箱子啊,我寄给每个客人的箱子最多就3-4磅,
要找能装好几十个箱子的大箱子....
好吧,我没辄,又按照他们要求,昨天国内david 的手下,又跟我说,要求我不要把给客人
的东西单独装箱了,要裸放在一个大概30*30*40 的箱子里到了国内他们收到再拆箱分寄
....
我气的不行,运费没变的情况下,为何要求我一变在变啊...
于是给david打电话,一连2天都没有接, 我想,是故意的.... |
