发帖数: 4270 | 21 感觉乌鸦赢的希望还是挺大的，休赛期来看，乌鸦的实力下降的并不多，Reed走了，补
充进来了Michael Huff和Elam，虽不能说强过Reed，但和34岁的reed打个平手不算太难
吧，而且CB Webb也回来了，二线实力有增无减，
而老雷我觉得从上赛季开始已经是精神作用大于场上发挥了，休赛期补进了前节瓜的
linebacker Daryl smith再加上从野马挖来的Dumervil和Suggs组的双鬼拍门，防守上
只强不弱。
至于进攻方面，我认为Boldin的离开影响不大，不过Pitta的受伤对乌鸦来说是一个打
击。
总的来说乌鸦还是一支靠防守为生的球队，防守好，才有赢的希望，所以个人认为，乌
鸦这场有足够实力与野马一战。
不是给野马攒人品，实话实说，乌鸦今年依然有夺冠的潜力。 |

Eugene Monroe是赛季中期拿第四和第五轮秀换来的franchise LT，要是只打算用半年
，不可能付出这种代价。所以Monroe是续约的首选。
乌鸦现在有37名球员在下个赛季under contact，cap hit一共112M左右。根据2014预
测工资帽127M，乌鸦有14-15M的空间。
乌鸦会resign绝大部分practice squad free agents，exclusive rights free agents
和restricted free agents，再算上2013年cap carryover(1.5M)，真正能用来续约和签
自由球员的空间在7M左右。优先考虑续约的球员按顺序包括pitta,monroe,daryl smith

今年的世界杯上，全世界的运动员向我们展示了各种看似不可能完成的肢体动作：倒勾
球、精彩进球、离奇救球。向我们显示了他们的了耐力、决心......当然，还有向左转
，双手抱臂。
电视观众可以看到来自32个队伍的球员在每场比赛选手介绍时都会做同一个看似简单的
动作：抱臂。但是看起来类似的动作还是有细微差异，运动员得抓住镜头对准他的机会
。比如日本 Atsuto Uchida 做得很好，而美国的 Kyle Beckerman 就像在拍嫌犯照片。
那么，我们能从抱臂看向左边这样一个说服性动作里学到些什么呢？首先一点便是，你
的手该放在哪里。是像荷兰队的Daryl Janmaat 一样把双手放在肱二头肌外面呢还是像
墨西哥队守门员 Guillermo Ochoa 一样把它们插进手臂竖起大拇指？

daryl 和 beth在一起， 找酒喝， 然后到了一个小木屋， 2个人说了很多话， 完全不
知道在说什么， 不知道miss了什么，还是理解力太差， 有达人可以解释一下吗？ |
