【TechWeb】8月21日，开源语音识别系统Kaldi开发者Dan Povey在其个人主页中透露，
其计划为一家中国公司工作，并可能在中国的大学兼职。
在技术社区，Kaldi被认为是一个非常强大的语音识别工具库，Kaldi 集成了多种语音
识别的模型，包括隐马尔可夫和最新的深度学习神经网络，被认为是业界语音识别框架
的基石，受到一大波人工智能学习和应用者的关注。
Kaldi主要由Daniel Povey在负责开发和维护。
Dan Povey曾供职于约翰霍普金斯大学(JHU)，不过他具体将加盟哪家中国公司目前还不

上周路过历史系墙壁，抬头发现一页广告纸：Umberto Eco来访意大利语系——天哪意
大利人那么低调，一点风声都没听到，若非撞墙差点漏掉！次日忍痛牺牲一堂荀况子，
去听做讲座的艾柯子——我最早读的他的书倒不是那本大名鼎鼎的畅销小说《玫瑰之名
》（Il Nome della Rosa, 1980），而是他一本正经驳斥“一百个读者有一百个哈姆雷
特”的主观自由阐释论的《阐释与过度阐释》（Interpretation and
Overinterpretation, 1992）。当时觉得这位学者端方正直；后来再读充满阴谋诡计凶
杀温情的《玫瑰之名》，又觉得这位学者作家亦正亦邪，机智调皮。比David Lodge悠
长，比Malcolm Bradbury喜气。顺便提一提，1986年的同名电影省略了小说的学院气，
突出通俗的侦探气；山顶孤独的修道院很有中世纪空气，扮演威廉修士的007演员Sean
Connery极帅气。

，他头一句话就是告诉我他在加拿大的女朋友是个加籍韩裔女孩。也
许是由于这层关系，他对我从一开始就非常友善，主动地从教室的后
排大老远跑过来和我聊天儿。
DAN有犹太血统，祖上有3/4来自波兰，是不是二战时逃出的我就没敢
问他。作为犹太人，他显然很为自己的民族感到自豪，所以和他交流
的时候，他总是非常健谈，而且话语中洋溢着强烈的自信，仿佛句句
皆是金玉良言。也许犹太人这种民族优越感或是上帝选民感会让你多
多少少有些 别扭，但是习惯后你也就觉得没有什么了，你优越
你的去，出去吃饭买东西又不会因为你是选民就把你的账单寄到上帝
那儿去，该PAY多少你还得自个儿掏。
和大多数犹太人一样，DAN很精明，尤其是在算账方面，总是你我清
楚，从不含糊，这倒有点象国内的上海人，我不占你便宜，你也甭想
拔我毛一根。我们住的地方离商业区有两个BLOCK，而每次购物要买
一大堆东西，走来走去很累，所以我专门买了一个小推车。有一次我

Dan其实也算GG里塑造比较成功的一个人物，他和B一样有着鲜明的个性。
D真就是一个典型的处女座性格，他唠叨，喜欢喋喋不休，有些挑剔，考虑问题比较冷
静，还常常默默的为S付出，说他不是处女座，就像说刘亦菲是变性人一样让人怀疑。
他是LONELY BOY，别人不与他这个来自布鲁克林的穷鬼交谈，他也就不和别人相处。但
是他竟然暗恋S，那个闪闪发光的人物，这与他追求完美的性格有关。
有部分人认为D最后可能会和B走到一起，这也不是完全没有可能的，从星座理论上来说
，（我认为）D是处女，B是金牛（及时是部分G迷说的感恩节前后的天蝎）不管是友情
爱情或者亲情契合度都在百分之九十五以上，加上从我看过少部分外国电视剧来说，到

shi。
按说王立群一个两汉文学教授，不应该犯如此低级错误。
又，查《辞海》，“石”的第二音dàn下第四释义“另见 shí”。不知何解，难道是作为容积单位的“石”读shí也对？
又见一些说法，“古汉语”中，容积单位的“石”也读shí。这个“古汉语”有多古？至少唐朝，容积单位的“石”已经读作dàn。
或者，作为工资单位的“石”，尽管也是容积单位，却读作shí。比如“千石高官”。 |

＝10斗，1斗＝10升，1升＝10合，1合＝10勺，1勺＝10撮。分别相当于百升，十升，升
，百毫升，十毫升和毫升（撮）。
后来粮食等就改用重量来计量了。
一石粮食的重量不一定，一般为百十来市斤。 |
