我的头发其实又多又密又硬又黑。从小一直留短发，大人见了都夸，嗳，这孩子头发真
黑真亮。大了就觉得顶着一头黑硬的头发不好配衣服，头重脚轻。听室友的建议染发。
五年来统共就染了两次，第二次是室友帮忙的，结果弄了好些染发剂到头皮上。染完就
觉得头皮崩的紧紧的那种感觉，第二天开始掉大块头皮屑，最大的能有指甲盖那么大，
吓了一跳。自此后，不敢再染发。说养个几年希望好点，谁知头皮屑顽固不去（我都不
敢穿深色套装了），加上老掉头发。搞得我半点留长发换发型的心思都没有了。痛苦中
......
前前后后换过好多种洗发水，剪头师推荐的，朋友用过的，都没有明显的效果。anti-
dandruff那种洗发水也不能天天用，上面都写用一段时间需要停。我觉得是几年前那次
彻底的伤害到头皮了。 ：（ 找医生看过也没啥效果。好多MM都是护发专家，给我点建
议吧。我该怎么来护理头发和去除头皮屑啊？有没有专门给女士用的？我有个同事用
american crew anti-dandruff说效果挺好，那个瓶子上写的是for male.

任何洗发液对头屑都没用，海飞丝等宝洁产品洗后头屑产生更多，宝洁产品正被唾弃，

就我的经历讲起吧。
大约就是98年夏天期末考试前的一天中午，我老人家回4舍吃饭，突然发现满园的警车
。在宿舍吃饭的的时候，一个小四川蹦进了我们寝室，撕声裂肺的喊了一嗓子：一舍杀
人了！！！！！。
然后上面通知所有在那天上午去过一舍的人都要向警方证明自己那天上午去干什么去过
几楼。我们隔壁的一个哥们，因为那天上午去过一舍五楼，被警察叔叔盘问了好几次，
郁闷的期末考试都没考好。
接下来什么谣言都有了。有说情杀，有说仇杀的，更多人说是奸杀，一个个摇头晃脑，
说得头头是道，有如亲历亲为。唯一可以确定的是被害人是生化的女生，被杀的时候她

换了大人用的head&shoulders pyrithione zinc dandruff shampoo，很管用。
另外，老人其实比我们更疼孩子，最好别说他们，他们心里会很难受，如果你自己不能
一直带的话就放手让他们带吧，想想他们大老远来美国给我们带孩子实在是不容易，语
言不通，不会开车在美国就和残疾人一样。
脚气和灰指甲是可以根治的，如果你帮他们根治了，他们心里会非常感激你，你还不用
委屈自己不好意思说，还担心孩子了，一举两得。
我自己以前在国内的时候得过很严重的脚气，后来在书上看到脚气的去根的办法是阻断
细菌源头。用达克宁（或其他的药）就可以，等到脚气消失之后还要连续上药7天，以
保证细菌彻底被消灭，同时阻断细菌源，就是说在治疗的后期要不断的换新鞋或者把旧
鞋彻底洗干净。我好了以后把旧鞋都扔了。你在美国给你公婆买耐克鞋或其他质量好的
运动鞋，让他们穿运动鞋的时候一定要穿纯棉袜子，这样吸汗，脚就不会有异味。国内
的运动鞋质量不好，穿了很容易把脚捂臭了，长脚气。
