What? Dancing in a garage, that was something I could never think of. However,

latin American dance.
In latin dance, the arm movements should be very simple if you have the right

use a cucaracha as an example. When you do a cucaracha to the right on count
2, first of all, you have to settle into your left hip on the AND before the 2

I don't think your coach mean for you to use "Leg" less, I think he mean you
need to use your leg muscle less, you need to give your leg muscle time to
relax
lots new dancers will be all tensed up during dancing, because they want to
control their movement everywhere, their muscle is always half-tensed up,
which casuse 2 results: 1. limited movement 2. easy tiring muscle

I have a pair of Capezio Fierce, pretty comfortable. Depends on what kind of
dance you want to do, if ballroom, OK for latin, won't work for standard
since the soles will grab onto the floor and you can't really move unless
you lift the whole foot up, which is bad. For other dances, it won't have
any problem with hiphop, I am guessing it is fine for introductory ballet,
jazz, etc... |
