先找的state 的food and health, 然后转到county,然后找到的那个town inspector.
差不多中午的时候，就让我把发票fax 过去。
过一会儿电话我说，我买的鱼dabs 就是flunder.
这个鱼是会有寄生虫的。让我烧熟了吃。steam 至少45分钟以上。
或者在冰箱了冷冻7天以上再吃。
既然不是HMart的责任，我也不能冤枉人家。
不过flounder 我估计不敢再吃了。

发帖数: 853 | 32 上了Newport Landing的渔船，近一个小时海程，到了Catalina岛附近某钓点，下钩，
就看见轮子一直一直的转，Spinning上的线都快转到底了，大肚的Conventional上的线
倒还剩了不少。然后好一会儿线上也没什么动静，就嫉妒的看着一手之盘的其他渔夫迅
猛的摇着弯成满月的鱼竿上的轮子。又等等了，不甘心的开始收线，准备按水手建议的
用6Oz的换掉4Oz的坠子，然后发现居然不是空钩，居然有两条小不点在那晃悠。
Sculpin点钓了一阵子，换地儿掉Sand Dabs.真是掉鱼窝里了，就见大家不停的下钩起
线忙得不亦乐乎。
没有大鱼，不过也算是过了回海钓的瘾。 |

我的目标是雷克。亮片和活鱼饵两杆同时开工，八蒂还是用蜥蜴。咱们各练各的，欢声
笑语，很惬意。

发帖数: 36 | 37 周日和wllnju一同去了newport landing半天的深海钓鱼，由于是周日下午，才20个人
，一条小船。
转了很多钓点，比较slow，第一次体验了深海钓鱼，一路放线下去四五百feet，10盎司
的铅锤，鱼稍小些，往回拉的时候根本感觉不到有没有鱼，拉个两回没有挂到鱼的，力
气也用光了，就非常的郁闷了。主要是些小sand dabs（比目鱼的一种）和各种各样的
rockfish。wllnju上了条十七八寸的rockfish，拖上来一看，是他的钩先上了条拳头大
的小rockfish，然后被这条大的吞了一并拉上来的。大部分时间船都在跑路，沿途看见
一只近两米长的Sunfish在水面上晒太阳，等船靠近才身子一斜，沉入海中，巨大的鳍
露了十多公分在水面上，十分霸气。沿途吹海风很舒服，等落日降温时，船也靠港了。
有些不过瘾，下次打算尝试3/4天或者overnight的trip。
比较坑爹的是我之前打电话问有多深他们说通常150-300feet，于是我就准备了300feet
的编织线，结果这次钓鱼没有浅于350feet的，最深达到460feet，害的我用后续8磅的

cover这个，只要10美元,它写的是treinoin cream。我查了一下就是A酸。
这个用起来让脸又红又干又褪皮，我从来没让脸这么干过，觉得还不如不用。正好看到
Vouge上有一篇讲Retinol-A的文章，说它是几乎唯一所有皮肤科医生都一致同意的anti
-aging的有效成分，除了防晒。而且它治痘，淡斑，促进胶原蛋白的产生。以前没引起
重视是它的副作用明显，让脸又红又干，又shiny,因为它让细胞更新的太快了。
所以我坚持用了两个月，觉得好像有效果了。好像不那么干了，也许是因为夏天到了？
而且皮肤好像嫩了一些，就是有点新长出来的皮肤的感觉，不知是不是心理作用。我又
让医生给我开了一管，第一次是0.025%,后来是0.05%。有没有人也在用，分享一下经验
？
*以前写的，我用完那个夏天皮肤超好，后来再用它嫩肤效果就没那么明显了，副作用
也没有了，不知是不是该加大计量了，不过我也不容易长痘了，就没有坚持每天用了，
偶尔还会用。
