吃增肌粉的话就不用配合香蕉了, 本身热量足够...CytoSport的cytogainer比较好吃(

看到论坛说 注意买LACTOSE FREE或者加了LACTAID的。 是什么意思
增肌粉推荐买优能UN的， 增肌粉有必要一起整嘛 效果如何 ？ 推荐牌子？
有人建议 ：增重粉和蛋白粉/增肌粉一块喝 ？
看的眼睛都花了。
2： 具体健身问题：
控制在一周3~4次 如何？ 隔一天还是 连续3 4天呢 以前都是 分开整的。
求推荐具体的 系统练习的 计划？
3： 下班不吃饭直接去 还是吃饭1小时候去呢？ 听说不吃饭去回来要等1个多小时才可
