我有一个疑问哈：你day2做B超是有一个9.5mm的卵泡，我觉得那是cyst吧。我记得我做
IUI时，如果有cyst，一般我的医生都让我吃BCP 2周的，然后再开始，主要就是让卵泡
们一起长吧

太太发现有卵巢囊肿-巧克力状 (chocolate cyst)有一段时间了，5x4cm, 一直没见小
，而且这段时间一直也没有怀上孕，也跟这个有关。
现在她在国内休假，到老家的省城的肿瘤医院检查结果跟这美国医生说法一样。 要手
术切除，尽可能少切除保住一部分卵巢，这样有可能还有排卵功能。
我的问题是，在美国做好呢还是在国内做。从设备上说，美国的好些，像3D B超什么的
。但家里也说国内这算个小手术，医生做很多，有很多临床经验。美国的好处是设备环
境好些，保险cover，缺点是医生有一说一，不给什么建议。国内的医院病人很多，环
境差些，但小手术只要住几天医院就可以了，家里人多可以 |

完活检再看。我LP 07年在国内也是检查出有阴影，医生说的很严重，肝癌什么的，把
人都会吓死，LP天天在家里哭，晚上也睡不了觉， 到这边检查后说不是，疑似血管瘤

or benign tumor and not life-threatening. Either it'll disappear eventually,
or you two can live peacefully together.
Second, your doctor is right. Operations on endocrine glands are considered
dangerous.

发帖数: 72 | 18 怀孕6周了，昨天因为spotting，去做了B超。看到了心跳，130/min,被告知孩子一切正
常。可是同时也看到一个9cm的卵巢囊肿（Ovarian
Cyst)。B超显示都是液体。医生建议观察，过了第一个trimester以后再决定是否手术
。如果没有消失或者变大，就可能需要手术。目前除了有点涨也没有别的反应。
我没有吃过任何治疗不孕的药，有一个2岁孩子，上次怀孕和生产非常顺利，一点问题
都没有，甚至麻药都没用。去年6月有过一次自然流产，10周左右做了D&C。
不知道这是否常见？囊肿有多少可能会自己消失？如果需要手术，会是什么手术？是把
囊肿摘掉还是只把液体引出来？对胎儿有多大风险？第一个trimester里面如果需要做
手术，胎儿一般能否保住？手术后是否需要卧床？一般多久可以回去上班？对将来生产
是否有影响？囊肿是否会复发？一般是什么原因造成的？现在需要注意什么？

发帖数: 955 | 20 偶不是大夫，不过自己脚背上有一个和你说的东西一样的，国内就看过，大夫说叫
“囊肿”就是你说的那个cyst。从初中就有，大概也是因为鞋子不合适另外就是那
时候运动量太大，而且那时候脚还不太大，很明显，在右脚上，比左脚高出一个厘
米。一直到大学毕业才开始小一点。因为一直偶就是喜欢运动的，如果运动量实在
比平时还大很多，就会觉得那个囊肿比较肿胀，穿鞋子能感觉，就是晚上脱了鞋子
也能感觉得到。后来年纪大些，运动量少了，就变的比较小一些了，但是还是比左
脚高，不过肉眼看不出来了。
另外囊肿这东西就是积液，运动多，剑鞘直接摩擦多，分泌的润滑液就多，而吸收
和分泌不平衡，就造成囊肿。
B超这个东西有时候看不准的，偶和偶朋友B超CT什么检查都错过。如果你不放心，
可以去再查查，不知道什么tumor4年，而且在脚背上，都没有变化，偶觉得比较怀
疑。另外美国的大夫，呵呵。。。 |

ovarian cysts are benign and just need to be followed, if it hurts you a
great deal can take some Tylenol for it,
if it bleeds and rupture you'd be hurting very very very much, but even so
it's still often resolve on its own in 1-2 wks,
not sure about it's correlation to pregnancy, though, never bothered me, my

abdominal x-ray will tell if there is any significant obstruction when you
see air-fluid levels or rupture of instestines if there is free air, but
will not tell if there is any incisional hernia,
i don't have ovaries myself but i imagine ovarian cyst is on the
differentials for abdominal pain, which is very broad, i'd say if your pain
is excruciating and lasting more than 1 hour and started having fevers and
nausea and throwing up, you'd need urgent attention, otherwise you probably

洗澡时无意发现右侧阴囊内有肿块，不大，也没什么感觉
还是约了urologist检查
医生安排了ultrasound，说有一个大约6mm的肿块，不在睾丸上
医生认为是附睾炎， epididymitis
什么药也没开，说没事
也就没太在意
可是慢慢的，几个月过去了，
开始渐渐的有疼痛感，并扩展到了下腹，
现在左边睾丸内也有了一个肿块，还有就是感觉有些腺体有些肿大
和医生说了，下腹也疼
医生就安排了CT，检查肾脏
也没查出个所以然，就是说左边肾脏有3个小小的cyst，但是也问题不大。右边肾脏无
异常。
可是我是右边疼的厉害
中间有很多次尿检，没有一次检查出有异常。至少一次医生也没有提到过。
现在就是，两边阴囊内有肿块，每天都有疼痛感。有时候阴茎也有疼痛感。尿道口有红
肿。下腹以及
后背有疼痛感。
看网上说，慢性附睾炎可能导致不育，怕怕呀。
可是，医生啥药也不开。出了Advil，止疼的。
光说弄个阴囊托会减轻疼痛。
恳请懂的给说说这个到底是个啥毛病，有治不？ |

doctor puts me on (600mg Motrin + Vicodin) x 3 times/day. The pain becomes

考虑想要小孩了，上周就找了个OB做体检，他说其它都好就是右卵巢好象比较大，看不
太清，让我去医院做transvirginal sonogram with doppler flow。检查后，说我的左
卵巢正常，2cm，而右卵巢确实异常大，10cm! 现在他要联系我的保险公司，准备让我
做MRI，其他就什么也不肯说了，只说现在不能确定什么，不过肯定是治疗，暂时不能
怀孕。我上网查了，发现很少有这么大的，情况好的话就是Cysts，吃药或者手术切除
；糟的话是癌症，卵巢癌的治愈几率极低。
太可怕了。我一向身体健康，没得过重病，尤其是woman health，就没有过什么妇科病
。月经从来很规律正常，没有疼痛或不适，大学里有一次800米测试，我正好来月经，

denoting ovulation (mechanism underlying is increase of progesterone).
The ovary cyst is a little big. Theoretically, pregnancy is still possible
with single ovary.
Try pregnancy and get it removed, it is a time bomb or at least follow up

Excessive fluid accumulation or infected cysts need to be treated
specifically. For severe loss of kidney function there are dialysis or
