，和几年前冰岛比较类似。后者是直接default英国，荷兰和欧洲政府，民间的存款。

如果Cyprus可以自己印钞票，很简单了，直接印出一堆废纸给银行，还到百姓手里就行
了。
货币贬值10%，跟直接从百姓手里抽走10%的存款，没有人任何区别。百姓还看不出来，
觉得政府没有砍福利，没有砍spending，挺好的啊。通货膨胀确实是有，但是吃相比直
接抽存款税好看多了。

Cyprus, sources said told CNBC.
No levy will be imposed on any deposits in Cypriot banks, but there will be
a 'bail in' of Laiki depositors.
The draft proposal is subject to approval by euro zone finance ministers.
The euro jumped above $1.30 in early Asia trade on Monday on news that a
deal has been reached.

的ACCOUNT应该被保护，结果JPM来了个阴的。破产不保护散户账户，所有
MFG账户被明枪。塞浦路斯只抢你10%，MFG破产散户被全端。
将来401K，IRA也是板上的肥肉。等哪天UNCLE SAM穷的揭不开锅了，这些

，塞浦路斯与“三驾马车”已达成救助协议草案，其中包括对塞浦路斯银行(Bank of
Cyprus)账户存款超过10万欧元者强制减记40%。俄罗斯富人或将遭受惨重损失。
救助协议还规定，不对塞浦路斯各银行的存款征税，但Laiki银行将“自救”。协
议草案将由欧元区财长会议批准。
据相关数据显示，塞浦路斯银行系统37.1万储户中有36.1万储户存款规模都低于10
万欧元，只有1万储户超10万欧元。而这其中大部分是俄罗斯富人。另有数据显示，塞
浦路斯金融系统中，俄罗斯资金约为250亿欧元左右(一说390亿美元)。
如果塞浦路斯救助协议得以实施，在塞浦路斯的俄罗斯资金最高面临60多亿欧元的

新浪财经讯 北京时间3月25日晚间消息，美股周一早盘转跌，欧/美元汇率跌至塞
浦路斯危机解决之前，德国债价格创日内新高。稍早时欧元集团主席迪塞布洛姆发表言
论称，塞国援助交易可能成为欧元区解决银行业问题的一个新模板。市场开始担心其他
国家也可能打存款的歪主意。
荷兰财长、欧元集团主席迪塞布洛姆向路透社和《金融时报》指出，塞浦路斯可能
成为其他不得不重组银行业国家的模板，如果有必要无保险保障的存款可以被用于“内
部救助”。
此前，默克尔等欧元区政要表示，塞浦路斯解决方案只是一个个例。现在看来这样
的承诺很可能成空。截至美东时间周一上午11:05(北京时间周二晚23点5分)，欧元对美

在联合国周一（3月20日）发布的最新世界快乐报告中, 中国居然只排名第79！！！
所谓的快乐报告衡量社会快乐有几个关键指标：得到好的照顾、做出人生决定的自由、
慷慨、好的治理、诚实、健康和收入。有155个国家参与排名。其他衡量因素还包括：
就业、收入平等、寿命预期、人均GDP、政府廉洁度、社会支持。全球最快乐国家前10
名分别是冰岛、瑞士、芬兰、荷兰、加拿大、新西兰、澳洲、瑞典。美国排名从去年的
第13名下滑到14名。
我就不明白了，为什么但凡好是这些关于什么快乐，幸福，生活质量的排名中国的排名
都是这么低？为什么？在那么多买买提的关于要不要海归的争论之中，即使说美国更好
的也没有多少是觉得中国完全不能比吧？这现在一个14名，一个79名相差十万八千里啊

In March of 2013 the Troika gave Cyprus a "take it or leave it offer" that
destroyed many savers who were foolish enough to keep money in Cypriot banks
despite obvious troubles.
