要解释Oversign吧，
首先要从整个recruiting的process说起
学校在上一个学年的招生结束后，基本就开始了下一个学年的招生。除去很个别的情况
，大部分学校都是在春季学期开学，乃至春训开始以后的junior day开始给junior大规
模的发offer，这时候发出的offer有口头的，有书面的，但是学校都保留有撤回的权力
，因为每个学校都不能保证招的人一定来，所以都发了很多……以ND为例，在胖子主政
期间，每年大约发80－100个，现在Kelly每年能发到100－120个，所以留给学生和学校
都很大的选择空间。
进入夏季，学生开始参加各类的combine和camp，学校有更多的机会了解学生，学生也
借此到学校走动，互相了解了，commit就来了，这时候对于学校而言，一个头痛的问题
也产生了，随着commit的增加，他必须要时刻调整自己的招生策略，回撤部份的offer
，同时调整比例，保持有足够的空给想要的位置/想要的球员。这个过程贯穿整个秋季

I didn't see this posted anywhere in the previous 5 or 6 pages. Scout.com
has its Top 100 out for the Class of 2008/2012.
