疲于生计呢
瘦是王道这句话，也是近些年爱看fashion magazine，甚至是欧美fashion magazine的
年轻女性总结的。
我个人的ｐｏｉｎｔ就是，甭管什么culture, WHO标准就是标准。
标准在那里，超重就是超重，别argue自己丰满curvy
过瘦就是过瘦，也别沾沾自喜说什么“我天生吃不胖啊” |

160的中国女孩46公斤，在peer group里也只能说是不错，不用减很多了
但实际上这个值超过90斤，还是会有不少人想往80+发展的
你去看看那些港台女明星档案，很多都是160身高拔成163，体重43公斤最多
高一点的168拔成170，体重没有写到50公斤以上的
模特那就更不用说了
国内很多女生不管身高，都是朝着90斤以下发展的，都是朝着模特在比的
你说的这些overweight还认为自己curvy的在北美女里很常见，在中国肯定就是属于没
得救的胖子了。忙着减肥的基本都是BMI在19-20左右的，搞到18还觉得不够的。BMI23
的那已经基本就是属于大家都知道胖女一名，可以自暴自弃了，

对于不大锻炼的普通人，偏瘦点还是比偏胖点好看，而且就像紫苏同学说过，胖了也不
见得就curvy了，瘦了也不见得就搓衣板了，都是基因决定的。对于同一个人而言，往
往瘦点曲线还明显点，因为有腰了。
锻炼还是王道，但锻炼的也要fit，也不能胖吧。
总之游泳圈无论如何都难看，比瘦胳膊腿儿难看。 |

too bad, the chemical damaged my hair.

to do it. But first of all, i need to wait until my hair grow longer. |

to have wider hips and meaty tights and legs. For my point of view,
Cherrycake's curvy body look really good as a mom. If a normal woman can
still be skinny with thin tights and legs after giving birth, she is a very

3. Wear outfits from Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, and
4. wear high heel shoes.
