比较强。如果要pp还是要律师斗争。我想明年6月就能拿到卡，因为老板的funding那个
时候可能不能保证。485的处理时间好像有些也比较长，是不是con-current filing也
会节约很多时间？还有想确定一下，
1。 有了140的receipt notice应该也可以file 485, 这样也算con-current file。
2。con-current file后，485和140的处理应该是同时进行的，而不是等到140批后，所
以节约时间？

file了AR-11），只有一次fingerprinting。我主要是不太明白会不会在current的当月
得到RFE。我跟我的paralegal交流了，他提出有可能在current的时候移民局要求
updated fingerprinting。
说到employment verification，是不是说即使会有针对它的RFE，也应该早在pre-
adjudication阶段就发出来了，而不会等到current的当月才发出？Name check是不是
也是类似的处理？ |

BTW, 你不是CURRENT了，还没有批么？－－－如果FOLLOW一定的规则去批，就不用每个
CURRENT 的每个人都浪费人力，物力去做一遍SR，结果CIS 要专门的人接电话，而不是
用于去批FILE；
而每个人都去做SR， 结果就相当于没有做； 还是随即抽取批件；
就象以前的比喻－－失火的时候，大家一窝蜂往门口挤，结果是速度最慢的，很少有人
能出去， 有一定秩序的是出的最快的， 这样的道理不是很简单么。。。
如果FOLLOW一定的规则去批， 那么就可以保证批件的实批速度，既不浪费名额， 也保
证CURRENT的人早拿绿卡， 这不是为正维护了你们的利益么？ |

07 Jul大潮后接下来有四批485, 称之为A, B, C, &D:

我现在和lg两地，我有的时候在lg那边，在学校这里还租了一个签有lease的apt。大概
八月份左右就要搬过去。
1.不知道绿卡/ead/ap是不是按照485上的current address邮寄？担心由于我几个月后
搬家，收不到这些，想把current address写lg那里，请问这样可以么？
2.我现在填写lg公司律师给的一个online questionnaire。他们会根据我填写的内容，
帮我来填485.我看在这个questionnaire中，要求写前五年的地址以及对应的起至日期
。我如果把lg的地址写成我的current address,我自己现在的地址的“to date”怎么
处理合适呢？我如果说这个是previous的地址，to date 只能写比现在早的时间，算不
算fraud啊？ |

个月能current, 加上误差和uscis发傻发疯的可能性，估计current的可能性在2-5个月
之间。
而去我目前正好h1b到期，正在求这个公司的磨洋工律师给renew，还不知道猴年马月能
renew上。
可是公司突然发生异常恶心的reorg，reorg的结果是我每天上班跟死一样痛苦。 所以
实在是想马上找工作走人。
现在的问题是，找工作不是今天找明天offer就来的（本人不是大牛，大家包涵），如
果找工作拖个3-5个月，那正好是485current的时候，这样的话怎么办？ 因为听说一旦
current了就不能换工作了（还要熬6个月）。如果正好在绿卡将来未来的时候， 能不
能换工作？ 还有，如果那时h1b renew pending, 485也还pending， 那能transfer
h1b吗？
抱歉问题有点罗嗦，不过实在是很迷茫，请大家指点迷津。 |

H1B九月到期，延期全部自己掏钱，自己需要掏三千多
EB3的140也批了，试图relink，但是交了申请，可是没赶上。所以需要等到EB2
current了再relink回来。估计EB2会在十月左右再次current。
已经递交了两次RFE了，一次是一两年前了，一次是前阵子的重新体检。都收到了。
这种情况下，如果运气能在9/10就再次current，多久能拿到卡呢？
虽然递交了EB3 relink，但是还是可以使用EB2的EAD的吧？
大家建议还延不延H1B呢？ |

，再过2个月就没工作了,虽然，485已过180天，但是万一RFE的时候，没工作不是彻底
没救了。这么多年绿卡一把辛酸泪，到最后还要被人摆一道。不禁悲愤交加，问候TSC

P.S 十天前做的SR结果回复如下:

of the Form I140 as well as visa availability based of your category and

明明 140都批了半年了，排气已current。不知道485是不是已经被遗忘在小黑屋了.. |

你pd是2014年6月意味着你可以参考2011年5月pd的情况，2011年5月pd下个月才current
，花了4年，所以你大概在2018年上半年某个时候current |

，应该不用做什么。不过，他也不是很确定，也会再多了解情况。

按这样算，等到下次140批了最快也要两年多（不考虑perm audit的情况，140 用PP）
。请问各位大牛，我的PD还有几年能current？要是还得等3年current，那就果断换工
作了。要是像现在这样一年半就current，就不太合适了。

2020有可能,但是根据cjy的理论,第二排期对2015以后的PD就是毒药
2015年以后的PD，第二排期没有任何用，甚至有副作用，也不会放水
也许current和拿卡只差1年
那就是2022年current
ps.现在你只看到EB3在这几个月内进的比较快而已
这是非常短期的现象
但是我们都讨论过，EB3每年的485就1500+个名额
如果算配偶
那才800个主申请人，无论怎样都无法fill一年 1万个PERM
哪怕这些PERM一半都是无效的 |

The compensator is NOT a transconductance amplifier. It's normally some form
of intergrator to drive the error to zero. All the control signals shown on
the schematic you provided are voltages. The analog comparator compares
voltages, not current.
The sensed current is converted to a voltage by a sense resistor Rf. The
output of the compensator defines the peak current by turning off the switch
