集中回答楼上两位:
P90X是一套比较全面的、经过打磨的综合锻炼项目。他的长处在于对一般没有说过专业
训练的人来说,提供相当的discipline。任何人,如果能坚持一定强度的锻炼,给予时
日,都可以变得fit,但是能否在90天内见效,case by case。但是一般人的弱点在于
没有专业知识,不知道怎样锻炼才会maximize你的result。
说个最简单的。我曾经每周去gym三次,每次的锻炼流程如下:
chest fly 90磅3x10
deltoid raise, 90 lbs 3x10
rowing 100 lbs 3x10
leg extension 140 lbs 3x10
leg curl 150 lbs 3x10
lat pull, 150 lbs 3x10
bicep curl, 40 lbs 3x8
tricep extension, 100 lbs 3x10
leg press, 250 lbs 3x10
应该说,我的体能和力量比average person要好。但是现在看来,这简直是屎一样的流
程。

一个是木棍放平,双手握着,拧着转动棍子,可以用绳子吊点重量在棍子中间
wrist curl, reverse wrist curl
手掌抓住哑铃的一端左右晃

你可以试试,leg curl 用小重量,大重复。例如 35lbx20,3组到5组, 用4-2-2
tempo。curl用2秒,高点hold 2秒,down 4 秒。这个是eccentrate training. 可以提
高你hamstring的耐力,特别有利于run down hill.

come on, you are not the only one here who works on upper body muscles. I do pull
-ups on a daily basis. But I
know what it felt like to have too much upper body muscle for a runner. I
used to weigh up to 185 lb from
weight lifting, bench pressing with 100 lb dumbbells in each hand and did
bicep curls with 55 lb dumbbells.
Now I only do push-ups and don't do curls with more than 15 lb dumbbells.:)

最近养伤,练了一下hamstring,发现力量比大腿前面差三倍,正面extension能把21个
块都踢起来,背面curl卷7块就抽筋。终于知道了短板在哪。之前400米使出吃奶的劲只
能1分40秒,原因是大腿后部肌肉没力。练了几天curl,1分30秒一圈很轻松了。
之前看了很多视频,发现专业选手小腿后摆很高,俺在跑步机上看镜子发现自己小腿总
抬不起来,而且跑完小腿疼,说明小腿前摆时不够放松,而且后滑步时主要靠小腿瞪,
没有用大腿肌肉,动作效率低。之前8-11月都是太空步,脚像粘在地上一样,好处是步
频终于到180了,坏处是错误动作养成习惯。随着近两月体重锐减,原来的动作又不合
适了。

看冬奥觉得中国还是有很多可以靠举国体制提高一下的项目。像Aerials, Slopestyle
,Bobsled, Curling, Luge,Ski Jump, 等。
老中灵活,技巧好。杂技,体操,跳水,蹦床神马的都具有统治性优势。像那些头上顶
着一摞碗都能上蹦下跳的,估计好好练练的话给脚上套块儿板儿翻俩跟头也没问题吧。
有些欧美的Slopestyle的高手也是要靠体操来练动作。这是咱国人的强项啊。
Bobsled, Curling, Luge. Ski Jump 等在世界范围内也是小众项目,国家推一推应该
也能出成绩。
关于中国体育举国体制的讨论有不少,弊病大家也都知道。但咱天朝在冰雪项目上群众
基础差,又没有市场化的培训选拔机制,要想靠个人单打独斗出成绩路太远了。所以还
是得靠举国体制来提高一下。谁让咱历史上就是一个自上而下的社会呢。
另外,最近买买提上尽是老中混不过烙印的悲观情绪。还是往积极的方面想想吧。和印
度相比,中国的崛起还是更全面的。奥运能给老中涨不少脸。London奥运的时候,我

一个月前感冒初期,练球时终于中弹传说中的GE,中间感冒加flu各一次,现在刚好五
个星期,今天感觉flu也没了,ge也没了,又可以bicep curl 了,以前一curl就疼的.
伤怕了, 是不是再歇一个星期保险一些?
你们得过的一般都歇了多久啊?有又复发的吗?我网球水平对我自己的身体素质算是有
一定强度挑战的。
我是第一次得,感觉身体在生病得时候对强度抵抗能力也下降,以后伤风感冒再也不打
球了。 话说来美国六七年还没感冒过,这过去两个月竟然弄了三次。

贴一下我的训练计划,请大家多多指教。谢了!
先说现状,现在150 lb,14% 体脂。上身很弱,腿稍好,abs一般。
然后是目标,长期的目标是bodybuilding。6个月的短期目标是bulking up。目标比较
激进,长到190 lb,不超过20%体脂。达到以后再 strip down。觉得增肌真的很难很难
,但还是要努力尝试。练了几个月都没长体重,就是体脂降了一阵子。最近两个月吃上
去了,才长了10 lb,体脂长的也飞快。
训练计划: 2 day split, 周一周三是day 1 / 周二周四是day 2。下午下班练,没毅力
早上起来。每项3组,pyramid。
day 1: chest, legs, back, biceps, abs
1. crunch
2. bench press
3. wide grip chin (overhand) 或者有人叫 pull up
4. DB fly
5. squat
6. leg curl
7. incline bench press
8. E-Z bar biceps curl
9. reverse crunch
day2: arm

2. side hops. (put barbell on the floor as line)
3. barbell OH squat
4. pushup-burpee-jump all in one.

repeat 3 times.

我没有怎么刻意的练过引体向上,基本上就是二头比较发达的结果。
其他的锻炼策略和力量举运动类似。比如warm-up 1-2 sets后,立刻
向上incline weights。If I can do 5x3, or if I just feel I
can very easily do 5-6 reps, then I will add weights hanging
on my waist. Usually I don't do more than 6 reps per set.
Just keep adding weights. And use biceps workout as an assistant,
such as barbell curl, dumb bell curl.

前几天yard sale贪便宜,买了一大堆curling ribbon, 3/16" 的,有七八种颜色,一
共二十来卷,每卷500码。这么多能用来做些什么东西呢?从网上找到的,除了做花来
包扎礼品,只看到有卷起来做杯垫的。大家有些别的建议吗?比如可不可以用来编一些
东西呢?怎么编呢?想找些有点技术含量,又不要太难的东西。年纪大了,学东西慢。

你可以试一试啊,反正不贵,我觉得应该能有帮助,因为它很柔和没什么product痕迹

哦对了我要补一句,首先我推荐这些products是给那些想promote curls的人的,这些
product是tone down frizz然后让curl更顺的,不是让头发整个变直的。

我已经研究自己头发多年,总结心德体会,每次买新product,试新的方法,都有新发现
我目前最喜欢的护发素是giovanni的,非常满意,最近我头发都不分叉了,我感觉这个
护发素的功劳很大。光用好了护发素不够,洗完头发后要抹product,我喜欢用一个油
,加一个液体状或者稀lotion状的leave in conditioner,有时候会再加styling
product,但我最近发现头发护理好了其实用不着styling product,自然的美最美,我
有4,5种油,和4,5种leave in conditioner,根据每天的发况选择用哪个。油我主要
用的几个是paul mitchell super skinny serum, the body shop grape seed
glossing serum, agave oil, argan oil, giovanni super smoothing anti-frizz

我不清楚. 似乎只有少数黄叶上有黑点, 但它又与梨树易有的Black Spot病不同, 而且
从最後一张图来看, 你的梨树看来还挺健康的.

结果非常不好。果子全部没有了,叶子也全部没有了,新叶子长出来还是有curl leaf。
不过现在天气热了,curl leaf不严重的。

我有四棵半桃树,每年都喷铜,但是每年总也还会有一些curl leaf。今年开花前喷了
多菌灵和石硫合剂因为去年Brown Rot太严重了。结果今年只是在一棵桃树上出现了3,
4片curl leaf。

我去年回国桃树得了卷叶病,今年我也喷了两次铜,然后隔一段时间就喷药,也得了卷
叶病。
我给树不断加强营养,目前卷的叶子落了,重新长的叶子很健康!

顶一个。
我觉得花版一个误区就是作物有病虫害首先想到打药。我记得有一个观点,病虫害只能
杀死弱势的植物。只要植物生长强势,病虫害只是自然的一部分。
我的桃树大概几十片新长的叶子里有一片卷叶。不影响整体健康长桃子就行。
我觉得那些被虫子吃光被病害弄死恰恰是因为长得不好,可能是肥水阳光温度。
另外我的教训就是氮肥太多,整体营养不均衡。
All Purpose Fertilizer。10多块钱可以管很大的地方很多瓜果蔬菜。
