curently H1B status, I485 pending (submited on 07/2007). EB2 PERM path.
Applying 2009 MBA admission.
问题：
1. 我能用AOS身分上学吗？有朋友说可以但我觉得基本没戏。我的理解是即使能用AOS
上学，等USCIS要批I485的时候，发现我已经不工作了，肯定要deny I485的。I485一据
，连学也上不成了。我的理解对吗？
2. 如果我不要I485了，我能申请F1吗？有朋友说很悬，因为既然我已经申请过
greencard, 就代表有移民倾向，而F1是不能有移民倾向的。
3. 退一步讲，如果我能申请F1上学，我能申请Internship吗？申请Internship要用OPT
, 但在我grad school毕业时我已经申请过OPT也被批了。虽然最终一天OPT也没用过，
但有朋友说我这种情况已不能再申请OPT了。请问如果我不能申请OPT的话，怎样才能在
MBA期间申请internship呢？

文（impact factor 2-4分），在美国的研究暂时还没有相关paper；citation 不到60
而且都没有牛杂志引用；给国内某专业杂志连续审稿10年。现在美Top 5的名校任RA。
claim 3项：contribution，authorship和judge，有律师，认为case不strong，所以没
有pp，苦等了6个月，结果收到RFE。承认authorship和judge，但是认为contribution

"原来申请的NIW刚刚curent", which means that your PD is perhaps relatively
recent. The EB2 visa bulletin could retract to some earlier date, then its
485 may be put on hold, although I don't wish so.
"EB1b 485 pending." nowadays the 485 may be approved in 3-4 months, less
than 180 days. Relink may send a signal to the USCIS that your EB1B case has
some issues.
However, it's all up to you what you want to do. |

大潮是没问题的，大家都欢天喜地拿EAD，AP，至于差一天没赶上的，或者像我这少部
