加州大学系统中的亚裔学生比例过高，要求限制亚裔学生入学比例，提高非裔和拉美裔
的入学率。加州参议院1月30日以27票赞成对9票反对通过了SCA5提案。SCA5提案将于近
日被提到加州众议会再次投票。如果众议会投票通过，SCA5法案将于今年11月举行公投
。一旦提案公投通过，加州公立大学亚裔学生比例将从现在的40%下降到15%，那么亚裔
孩子在大学中势必受到排挤
加州大学前校董李心培表示，关于学校招生中存在的种族比例问题早在20年前就存在争
议。这次SCA5提案投票中，加州三位华裔参议员均投了赞成票，这让身为李心培很不能
理解。他称，亚裔民众推选他们出来，就是希望他们能够在关键时刻维护亚裔居民的权
利，保护我们的利益。而这次提案的投票中，他们非但没有保护亚裔居民，反而倒向另
一边，支持减招亚裔学生。无论他们抱有什么政治目的，都不能以牺牲亚裔居民的利益

Facebook上市造就了一大批亿万富豪，包括到今天依然被扎克伯格喊老板的吉姆·布莱
尔(Jim Breyer)。俗话说一位成功的男人背后必然有一个成功的女人。没错，这位富豪
的妻子来头可谓相当不小。在与布莱尔结婚之前，她就已是美国企业界的新星，并且头
顶美国华人第一家庭小公主的荣耀。而且，她的姐姐是美国第一位华人的劳工部长赵小
兰。
