这里的经验仅限于我和儿子参加了一年半的Cub Scouts活动，所以分享经验主要基于
Cub Scouts。Cub Scout是童子军的预科，主要针对7-12岁男孩。通常说的童子军是指
Boy Scout 12-18岁男孩。
2. 摘要 －What is in it for my son?
我觉得讲俗一点儿 就是“孩子们在一起分享各家的爸爸”。
那么正式地讲就是培养男孩子在学习和体育之外的诸多能力，比如户外 outdoor，动
手能力， 团队合作teamwork，领导能力 leadership等。

3. 组织结构
主要是小区附近或是学区周围的孩子。一般是有个领头家庭，爸爸作Pack Master，妈
妈作 Pack Committee Chair。然后，由这一家联合其他几家组成领导层 Pack
Committee 成员包括 Treasurer, Recruiter, even coordinator 。每个Pack都有自己

买菜的，所以CUB的有几个小二都认识我，这次的活动有卡的限制，而且这次明确规定
只能买菜了，不能买他们家的GIFT CARD 上次买100送10的活动是没有这项规定的，而
且这次参加活动的卡的种类有限，上次是随便什么卡都参加活动的，报告完毕 |

Dexter Fowler、Kyle Schwarber表现出色，此战创下10项特殊纪录。
先发投手Arrieta飙出11K完封胜，第1棒Fowler单场3安打3得分还有全垒打，Schwarber
