据4月25日出版的《环球时报》报道，澳大利亚国内最大的私人灌溉工程Cubbie
Station“可能卖给中国”的消息在澳国内引发震动。澳大利亚《悉尼先驱晨报》24日
称，Cubbie Station是澳昆士兰州大面积农场的灌溉水源，这一将“危及澳农业、水源
安全”的交易已引起澳大利亚联邦政府的注意，将会被阻止。
报道称，管理Cubbie Station资产的公司McGrath Nicol上月雇用高盛投资公司帮
助其寻找买家，其高管已经前往中国，为这家估值4亿澳元、但累积债务已超3.2亿澳元
的超大型灌溉工程寻找买家。据悉，Cubbie Station是澳洲最大的私营灌溉企业，主要
在昆士兰州南部经营大规模的棉花和水利业务，其所经营的大坝蓄水量甚至超过悉尼海
港。由于负债过多，加上多年的干旱以及低迷的棉花收益，Cubbie Station在2009年进
入破产管理。

到医院，宝宝很勇敢，伤口上贴了bandadge，没有哭闹，很乖的和我们在医院等医生。
最后医生消毒，打麻药，缝了6针，宝宝很坚强，就打针是哭了，缝针时给她看手机上
自己的video，几乎没有哭。倒是宝宝妈哭得一塌糊涂。今天宝宝在家观察一天，上宝
宝版想请教大家几个问题。
1. 谁应该付这个责任?
学校accident report这样写：Site:Classroom; Accident:Bumped forhead on cubby;
Child's response:Cried a little; First Aid:Band-aid; Parent Response:Let

说到味我想起来前不久，我家娃poopoo到裤子上的那次，我去接娃的时候，一进教室就
闻到一股恶臭，寻着味源一看，就是我家娃的cubby。我当时真的感觉非常对不起老师
和同学们，因为娃是中午睡觉的时候拉的，老师给换好后就把胀裤子放在塑料袋里然后
放娃的cubby里，那岂不是大家已经挨熏整整一下午了？

现在每天早上去幼儿园，坐在在自己的cubby里，呆一会才能出来玩。昨天早上，班里
来了几个新的小孩，他熟悉的几个还没到，他坐在cubby里。我真是看了很难受。后来
老师告诉我那是他每天的standard（我尽量不送他上学，怕他难受）。
任何人说话声音大一点他就害怕，去外面玩儿，要观察好长时间（他已经5岁了）。我
很想给他一个安全的环境，可是好像除了在家里或者和大人在一起，他总是害怕。让他
总在家里的话，我觉得会影响他的social。
头大呀，不知道楼主有什么建议？ |

而且我还躲在校长室偷看了三个月，哭妈妈了就赶紧跑过去安慰。
我们也是家里全中文语言不通的。
别担心，这就是个她自己心理的调适过程，她ready了就会出来玩的。话说2到3岁的小
娃都是parallel play，自己跟自己玩罢了。 |

30岁以上的美国本土cubbies and bosox fans， 我敬重。
但是对于我们这些大部份是到美国才开始看棒球，饭球队的人，你还要说cubbies and
bosox fans比yankees fans有更高的道德操守，就有些搞笑了。
我们之中的sox fans， 1918这个恶魔和他们并无太大的牵挂。打个不恰当的比方，现在
你和国内的孩子们说八国联军如何无恶不作， 想激起他们的同仇敌忾怕是不容易了。我
们之中的yankees fans， 26次WS中的大多数对他们来说也是历史。就象现在还以为吹嘘
雄唐盛汉，只会招来别人的嘲笑。
我是yankeesfan, 是因为我拿了Columbia得offer(当然Caimi我还是敬佩的).当年如果我
拿了mit得offer, 也许就是sox fan了；Berkeley, 也就是As了。少来什么wangon

不解daycare里摔倒撞到桌角怎么这么大的口子呢，我没有经验，如果木头桌子会撞这
样吗，还是其它地方。我的意思其实就是如果daycare不应该有小孩容易伤的的硬物，
如果有要拿走。
伤口可以问问pediatrian有没有什么不留疤的办法。我因为剖腹产用过贴silicone
patch，对防止愈合时的痒和增生留疤有作用。小孩能不能用还得问问医生。

容缝针一样，除非瘢痕体质，一般不会留疤的。BLESS!

校长打电话，我跟他爸爸立即赶到，虽然有心理准备，但是当真正看到伤口的时候，我
都要晕过去了，眼泪不停的流。。。口子很大，能看见里面的组织。
校长说儿子在PLAYGROUND里跑，小朋友在后面追他，他一边跑一边笑着回头看，结果撞
上了一个水泥做的TUNNEL上（我们事后向学校表示这是个安全隐患）。当时肯定流了很
多血---我们赶到的时候，老师把儿子外面穿的衣服都脱了，脸上也擦干净了，事后我
发现他的鼻孔里都是干的血，外面的衣服也全是血。。。老师一直给用冰袋捂住伤口来
止血，儿子只是撞的时候哭了，后来好象就是害怕，没有再哭。
我们后来也没有追究，一来学校态度还好，二来，试想小孩子玩起来有的时候确实很难
避免一些ACCIDENT，我儿子虽然不是很调皮，但是很粗心的那种。想想事故已经发生了
，我们也只有一个月就要上K了。。。

皑皑，看着大家发的ｄａｙｃａｒｅ ａｃｃｉｄｅｎｔ，
犹豫再犹豫的都有点不敢送我家小子去ｄａｙｃａｒｅ。。。
他平时在家里就乱跑乱跳的有时候不注意都能摔，
去了ｄａｙｃａｒｅ要是老师看不严，
那不就更容易出事故了。。。。

发帖数: 70 | 39 这个从法律角度很难直接追究学校的责任.也就是说如果真的起诉学校,很难会赢.因为
一般认为即便是最小心的看护下, 小孩也可能由于自身原因出意外.在没有确凿证据证
明事故是怎么发生的前提下,学校完全可以利用这点把责任推过去.
但是,每个州有一个政府部门应该是负责给幼儿园发执照还有负责监督之类的,也接受
complaint,应该会对学校有一定影响.但是如果到了这一步,也就基本和学校闹反了,准
备转学.

same "tripped on cubby" crap reason. However, there was NO official proof
that anybody else was liable for the incident, at least, I could not find
out. Asked two attorneys and both said there is NO case here unless you
could prove anyone from daycare caused the accident (negligent liability).
The wound is still there however is not easily spotted out now. |
