nsw跟vic不同
vic是政府直接收第三方人身险,每次直接算在rego里,没选择
nsw这部分跟rego分开,车主可以选择不同公司的CTP
而且每次rego都要检查车子,相当于RWC
算下来费用差不多,但nsw多2个程序,比较麻烦,虽然很多可以电子处理 |

绿卡好用。
你看看第三条里面有一个美国航空公司么，所以我前面说到如果美国飞加拿大这一段是
UA，或者AA， 或者Delta就死翘了，你要没有加拿大签证又没有美国绿卡，光靠一个美
国签证在美国机场连boarding pass都拿不到，因为你不能入境加拿大。
再看看第四条，加拿大只有两个机场符合条件。
还有最后的条款不能在加拿大过夜，你要飞机延误就好玩了。
还是歇歇吧，老实等美国绿卡就可以畅游加拿大，否则免谈。

按道理应该按照加国政府提供给IATA信息库为依据。
IATA的信息比较权威，而且make sense。
但是加拿大政府的官方网站上关于China Transit Program的信息，用了in addition
to很误导，甚至是错误的，跟IATA的信息相违背。我觉得这是加航拒绝登机的理由。
IATA的规定：
NOTE 39687: If holding an expired US visa
- If holding an expired US visa and meeting all other conditions, transit
from the USA is permitted, provided “having held” a valid US visa to enter
the USA, without overstaying the authorized period to remain in the USA.

意咨询了曾在加拿大转机的同学，都说只要不出机场就不用办签证的，而且我们两趟行
程之间只差3小时，就没多留意这件事。
谁知道到了温哥华机场，却在中转处被拦住了，说没有签证不能入境，我们当场傻
掉。最后可能出于“人道”主义考虑，给我们摆出了两条路：1.拒绝入境；2.补办临时
签证（Temporary Resident Permit），需缴200加元（约193刀，而我们的机票也不过
1100刀）。我们于慌乱中哪里还来得及讨价还价，赶紧交了钱逃之大吉。可是在回程的
路上，心里越想越不爽，回来以后详细查了加拿大移民局的网站，结合当时机场工作人
员的说法，总算摸清了事情的来路：
加拿大并非对所有的过境游客都有visa要求，有些同学侥幸没有办或许是因为你正
好落入了他们的Travel WithOut a Visa(TWOV) 或者 China Transit Program(CTP)允

得看执飞公司，而不是卖的公司航班号，下次别又搞错了。。。
在我们当初买票时，曾出现了两趟价格、行程、时间完全相同的航班，区别只在于
从芝加哥到温哥华航班的航空公司是United Airlines还是Air Canada（接下来从温哥
华到香港的都是Air Canada的飞机），也许是源自对前者的一种特殊好感，我们把第一
段行程选成了United Airlines，从此走上了一条不归路。。。请大家再check一下上面
引用的条款，如果当初选Air Canada的航班我们就正当无比，但选了UA我们就是非法入
境，就要接受移民官员的盘问，担忧误了下一班的行程，肉疼地交近200刀的手续费，

向加航提出申请。
2. 在加航订票，提出申请。
第一种方法，风险大，但机票便宜。 第二种方法，把握大，但机票贵。
我以前办过。申请CPT顺利不顺利，要看运气。 这是比较特殊的政策，当时很多客服都
不熟悉， 不管你打电话或者在机场申请，你一定要留足时间来办。接待你的人，可能
要请示上级。CTP 已经搞了好几年了，但愿客服都熟悉了。
我也看见不让在美国出发机场登机的。

公司的飞机过境加拿大是不需要加拿大签证的，但是各个机场的工作人员水平参差不齐
， 死活不让你上飞机你就是没有办法， 倒霉的是你自己，而且CTP 的要求比较苛刻，
不能在加拿大过夜， 飞机误点你咋办？所以去签个证最好。 |

如果457签证的话一家三口的保险一个月也要近180块钱了吧
吃饭我觉得在哪里都差不多不顿顿鱼虾偶尔下个馆子什么的一个月五六百块也差不多了
养车的话一年算CTP REGO 保养怎么的也要1K 修车另算
新车全险CTP REGO 1K5到2K吧
油钱看跑了
网络一个月50 固话一个月20-30 手机一个月30-50
两室的电费煤气费加一加一个月一百左右吧 天冷的时候可能还要搞点儿
至于两室的房子 稍微好一点的我觉得都得300-400一周 一个月一千多块吧 |

发帖数: 835 | 40 要想适用CTP有很多条件，其中一个比较容易忽略的条件是“Approved airlines”，也
就是只有乘坐指定航空公司的飞机抵达加拿大才行。注意United不在这个列表里面。
如果不幸恰好不满足CTP的条件，可能的办法有：
1. 申请transit visa。OP已经被据。
2. 重新买回程机票。
3. Check in的时候如果被据，跟他们说明情况，也许有可能放行。一旦上了飞机，到
加拿大就比较好办了。
4. 如果是因为抵达加拿大的飞机不合要求，可以试试看重买一张单程的符合要求的飞
往加拿大的机票。提前给原机票公司打电话说明情况，看他们能否不因为你no show取
消后段机票。

you can always use notepad :). You don't compile silverlight, as least not
for the Feb 2006 CTP.
Silverlight 1.0 beta 1 just came out last week, so did silverlight 1.1 alpha.
For links, I was using Feb 2006 CTP. It seems that there are several new
things coming out with the beta version. I have not looked into it yet.
However, like i said, play with XAML/WPF first. MSDN has several good links
