缺乏国内的实际积累和人脉资源。多年在海外的单打独斗，也没有机会建立扎实的在国
内拓展的平台。因此初回国内，往往觉得势单力薄，似乎一切从头再来的感觉。
怎样将庞大的海归集体联合起来？怎样把星星点点的个人努力集结成四通八达的网络？

CRI - Chinese Returnees International, 中国国际海归协会，是一个甴在美国，欧
洲和澳洲留学工作的华人共同创立的非营利性组织。我们成立这一组织的初衷，就是要

我们家小妞前两个月一直很乖，几乎不哭。快到三个月的时候，有一天刚洗完澡就突然
开始哇哇大哭，怎么哄都没办法，哭得那叫一个惨，吓得我们够呛。从那天开始，基本
上每天晚上大概6、7点都要来这么一出，什么都好好的，突然一下子就开始了，哭得震
天响。
上网一查，找到这个period of purple crying的说法，说这个是每个小孩都要经历的
正常发育阶段，不用担心。但是我看上面说一般是从2周开始，到3到5个月就慢慢好了
。我们是从2个多月开始的，有点担心。但是我们的情况又和那个上面描述的基本一致
，所以我上来问一下，不知道这里的小孩都有没有这种crying，一般是什么时候开始，
到什么时候结束？

了2天了，不行。我在mysqueezebox.com上加Radio Time App然后加了CRI Oldies但是
没声儿。其他的电台都可以，有一次验证了Murphy's Law. 是必须用squeezebox
server吗？

光很线性。这个绝对超过市面所有的LED，包括我最喜欢的CREE（一般CRI 80）。现在
打折以后9刀一个（13.99 - 5）。今天一口气买了16了，把地下室所有recessed light
都换了。 |

来由的哭，睡觉的时候哭有可能是做梦了，安抚一下就好了（反正我们家的是稍微安抚

倒是本坦又几个毛没有长齐的Crying Baby，一旦遇到挫折，就偷偷写信投诉，而不敢
据理力争，这种低能的表现，证明了他们必定炒股赔钱的原理。

6月1号电话加急，结果3号收到CRIS的回复，基本跟没说一样：

这是加急被拒还是什么意思啊？本来6月15号是开始日期，不知道能否赶上。 |

部分的内容都是来自Dr. Harvey Karp的光碟，http://www.happiestbaby.com/，也可以从Youtube搜到一些片断。主要的是用以下的五个S's：
1) Swaddle the baby
2) place the baby on his side or stomach;
3) shush him loudly;
4) swing or bounce him rhythmically;
5) give him something to suck on.
最令我惊讶的是他真的对着宝宝的耳朵大声地嘘，马上就把宝宝安抚好了。帮我们上课
的护士说新生的宝宝耳朵里还有残留物保护着，不会伤到耳朵。

都说要宝宝学会自己睡觉只有两种办法crying or time。一直不想CIO训宝宝。
自从知道clb后就把书界来看了。版上跟clb有关的讨论也都找来看
从快两个月就开始尽量培养routine。没敢生搬硬套，用一个很popular的词就是
loosely follow clb，根据大原则设计自己合适的作息
目的就是想形成生物钟到点就困。
不知道是不是犯了一个错误，经常为了达到这个目标抱着哄。
一开始还想put down while drowsy，但是一放就醒和fuss，最后就变成睡着了才放下，心想等生物钟形成就好了
结果生物钟多多少少也形成了，但是抱睡哄睡的习惯也形成了！
别说到点放下就好了，根本是放下醒了就哭，横着抱哄睡都不行，一定要竖着抱。一开始是因为小时候有点reflux所以就要竖着抱哄，后来没什么问题了可是稍微一有打横的趋势就叫
真的是给新生儿不会宠坏这个说法骗了！！我不是说不要respond to the baby，而是说宝宝真地会形成习惯的
