actions @ CRIMEX.
The main sequence of CRIMEX trading happens from 8:20 to 13:30. Riggers
tend to launch their strikes at early hours. Rigging usually happens on
specific days when there are Future OE, 30-Year Bond auction, job #s, GDP
or some other important Fed/Treasury announcement. Riggers want US$ to
appear strong during those days.

There are two metal markets: LME and CRIMEX. LME is a physical market.
CRIMEX is mostly for paper rigging.
The conspiracy theory basically says China plays the paper game @CRIMEX
to short it down and then loads the physical silver at LME. When it's
time to honor the CRIMEX shorts, China offers IOUs from JPMorgue as
payment and tell the buyers to get silver from JPM. |

大妈买走的三百吨是不会直接影响CRIMEX纸市的，因为CRIMEX 90%交易都
是纸币结算。这里面要有一个滞后效应。08年那次大跌比这次还狠，当时
实物市场被清空之后纸市并没有直接反弹，直到大本宣布QE 1才开始。 |

JPM is the biggest and they setup SLV. HSBC is biggest gold shorter and
they are behind GLD. The pure purpose of SLV & GLD is to divert physical

So today is the 30Y auction day. Now that figures. The bad econ-data led
to a jump on the suppressed gold price around 11AM, threatening to take
out 50 DMA and trigger a possible (over-due) run-up in the gold market.
Cannot allow that to happen, not on the day when they are looking for
suckers to lend Obama money for 30 years at the least. So what to do?

If a regular stock trades in the pattern gold and silver does recently
then it definitely is due for a pullback. Gold and silver trading is of
a different breed as it's constantly rigged.
If you wanna analyze what really is going on you have to follow CRIMEX
data instead of chart patterns. Took me a while to figure it out. |

Tuesday is the COT cutoff day and PET likes to take actions when their
activities don't have to show up in COT immediately.
The interesting part is the bulk of today's sell-off started after CRIMEX
closed. That's not how a rigging is usually done, which is puzzling. May
be PET pulled off a new trick we've not figured out, or maybe silver went
up too fast and some weak hands took profits as the broad market slumped.

Be careful of those CRIMEX margin calls. One dirty trick they use to rig
the price down is to raise margin requirement while everyone is loading.
Those who have used too much margin will be forced to liquidate some
positions, which triggers a sell-off. |

CRIMEX trading hour is from 8:20 to 13:30 EST. Straight up and down move
in that period is most likely by PET.
PET is naked-shorting 250M Oz silver. To cover the short they engineer a
radi first to scare people into selling and then buy the long contracts
back to cover their shorts. It's done HFT so the move is very steep. |

Are you on margin? If not then no worries.
Gold is in a long term bull market. The benefit of a long term bull is
that even if you are trapped in a short-term top, you will not only be
rescued but also make a profit once the uptrend resumes. It just takes
a while so be patient.
That being said, you'd better get off GLD as it is run by the very banks
shorting gold @CRIMEX. Such business model hardly makes much sense. Try
PHYS instead if you are interested in gold ETFs. |

PET's ass off today. A CRIMEX silver meltdown is realistic this year.
That being said, don't ever underestimate PET's ability to pull one more
dirty trick out of the left-field. Price may pull back once Libya goes
cool or QE2 takes a pause.
So expect volatility but hold onto your core metal positions to stay with

The spread between near term months and future months tells you there's
a physical shortage of silver: People are willing to buy silver soon
enough they bid the near term contracts up.
