但是，它往北是黑区。往南是ladue，就是最有钱人住的地方。再往南跑就进入了白人
致上的kirkwood。其实收入很底的一群人。地方也旧。但是很干净。问题是特别恨其他
肤色的男人。比如我，有天早上从那里开车，因为开的是全新的SUV，其实是租来玩的
。警察就给我一个罚单。但是那些白男人对亚洲女生特别NICE。
开车方向不要开错就可以了。 |

这边apartment价格，two bedroom 750-800左右，one bedroom650-700.
你可以去craigslist上看看。上面有sublease的信息。
不过夏天sublease最好还是学校附近，因为学生很多夏天回家的。
此外，st louis生活最好还是有车，因为st louis地铁不方便。如果住在creve coeur
，倒是能坐公交去中国城买菜。 |

发帖数: 1607 | 17 曾经有creve coeur4室两厅卖18万5在你面前，结果你没有把握住。要是上帝再给你来
一次，一定要买两套。自己住一套，另外出租一套。
st louis地税才1%。你还嫌贵。真是身在福中不知福阿。ＮＹＣ附近地税都是２％以上
的。另外房子都是５０万可以买个２０００尺的，看着还像个房子的房子。
另外还有ＨＯＡ，每个月都要啃你一口。就是一个房子，还是勉强住人的那种，都不是
3car garage。每年光各种税就要１万２。。。
人一晃就那么几年。有大房子住时一定要住得。就跟女人一晃就那么几百个月的月经，
有没有人愿意睡她，睡几个都不是关键。时间留不住啊，过去也就过去了。
结果不管是钱包还是下面，还都是捂得很紧的那种。
有青春，有健康，父母还能来美国的时候，有个大房子，在creve coeur这样的花园环
境中，每个周末都能一起度过。早上醒过来有一杯牛奶，配合窗外的阳光和风景，从
bose音响中听一张维瓦尔第的四季，这是让我们活下去的动力啊。
我要是能看见creve coeur4室两厅卖18万5，说真的我马上发帖，只要st louis有剩女
愿意买房，我就准备把自己卖了。

建议你就在你们单位附近找房子就可以了，maryland heights还是比较安全安静的。就
是离中国超市中国餐馆稍远，但是也还好。谁也不会经常去的。上班的油钱省下来足够
去超市或者去中国城的了。中餐馆有个鸿运楼在maryland heights附近。还有家Thai K
itchen也不错。
creve coeur就是商业区，所以很多在这里上班的人都租在附近，房租相对比较高。其实
和maryland heights相比，距离中餐馆稍近，距离你工作的地方就有距离了。因为怎样
你到olive st，170东，都得走local。 |

３０００尺以上的房子，都算是本地豪宅。尤其是前２者。据说如果你有个那种房子，
住进去有种越来越想活下去的感觉；搬出来有种越来越想死过去的感觉。
不过都是７０-100万以上的东西。creve coeur可能要４０万以上。
余吓就是叫chesterfield之类，最近在打折扣，是买的好时机。一般２５万都能买个很
好的房子了。大概是２５００尺。中国人住的也很多。环境也很好了。这类房子在东岸
NYC附近至少要５０万以上。
就像上面说的，看你预算了。 |

The best school district is not Clayton.
Town and Country, Ladue are both better than Clayton in statistics.
The advantage of Clayton is your kids have more Asian pals in school than
other districts.
You can consider South-East Creve coeur (on Olive blvd, east of Linberg)
which belongs to Ladue school district.

I once visited Bonhomme Village Apartments in creve coeur (ladue school
district).
