According to Charles Oppenheim, who calculates visa numbers for the
Department of State, both India and China EB 2 will move forward
significantly in December, to March 2008. After December, the numbers will
likely creep forward a week or two at a time until about March 2012, when
dates will retrogress. Mr. Ware met with Mr. Oppenheim on Saturday, October
29.
