apply for several credit cards, plantium card is prefered. Get a total credi
t line around 10k.
save sevral thousands of bucks in the bank for a rainy day and pay the credi
t card bill(may be just paying the minimum amount).
Most of the credit cards have low intro APR, then you can save some money.
Cheap school and short graduation time and a good job market for your major,
of course.
Not easy anyway if you have to do it all by yourself. |

Yes, this car has a rebuilt from salvage title because of rear end collision
(right side). I’m not sure why they issued rebuilt from salvage title
because it wasn’t a big damage for a car. Was fixed right quitter and rear
bumper was replaced. Repair was done in professional body shop and total

请问大家最近有人有类似的情况么？ 这个应该找谁查询啊？ 我问了citi，问了招行纽
约分行和国内总行，都说不知道。 citi 一周前发了一个查询，今天问他们 说招行没

希望对以后credit card dispute DP的人有用。
八月份AMEX CC被suspend了几天，恰巧DP这个时候charge月费，这丫当天就cut了我的
program，也不再charge一次试试。$600 的credit在9月初就没有退回，理由是
membership is not active when requesting credit。没有其他违反DP规定。
9月初打电话给DP argue未果。今天又打DP电话，VPR愿意转到tech department处理，
BM立马拒绝我，没有余地。于是决定两家一起dispute算了，不陪DP玩了。
打AMEX客服电话，告诉csr我要dispute VPR,BM 8月份charge我三笔费用的20%。询问原
因，说这两个公司应当每月credit我上月消费的20%。csr可以看到我帐号上前几个月都
有20% credit来自这VPR和BM，也就没有多问。又问我有没有凭证应该退我20%，告诉他
有packing slip，写了有20% credi |

经验，一般SAS 用到BASE的东西较多，需要懂MACRO。 另外，SQL也要会，不过就是一

职位是Data Analyst， 做关于credit risk方面的事情。 包括data process（

发帖数: 900 | 37 给点意见～ 两个利率每个月省的钱差值为$50，closing的时候拿到credi的差值是1900
， 1900/50 = 38个月（3.16年），也就是说低利率的每个月payment的优势在3.16年以
后才能体现出来，如果3.16年之内房子卖了或者是refi了选低利率就亏了，因为高利率
的多的credit是在close的时候就拿到了。所以，如果你预计3.16以内不会发生什么，
可以花钱买低利率，但是个人认为不要买，因为你是7年ARM，估计过一段时间就又会
refi延长为另一个7年，且cash是最值钱的“资产”。 |

第一张信用卡是CreditUnion的，还要存点钱在里头，只给CL500。当时自己觉得日常控
制一下也够用，没在意。
过了半年，就是现在申SONY那张，刚收到据信。看了看三条理由
1，最近申了很多卡或者开卡时间短。（很多是没有，如果半年算短，那也没话说。）
2，Balance接近CL。（没经验，还是和国内一样狂刷卡，自以为没刷爆就好。结果起伏
很大，有两三个月都是接近500。500确实不够花嘛。。。不过其实有两个月在100以内
。平均起来也没多少。。。）
3，Rent/Mortage和income相比太高。（天大的冤枉。为了方便，每一个月都是偶一人
写支票付房租，然后室友给我支票。。。一人付三四个人的钱当然太高。。。）
打算打个电话和Chase他们聊聊，不过也确实是自己的问题，过几个月看看再申吧。
我看了看这里的精华区也没有提这些经验，估计不少新手也不会注意到这些吧，写出来
做点贡献。

了，这电话还是没显示号码的，想打回去骂人都找不到人。真气死了。

为什么会出现在信用记录中，而且严重下降了自己的信用记录。

近期chase个人真实经历：
1。chase降credit line.
我有500的charge pending了超过半个月，chase突然给我降cl,降到了available credi
t line只有495。幸亏我及时发现。
2。关卡
chase系统比较变态。别的信用卡如果close,网上账号会立刻显示关掉了。chase的不是
，从网上账号一段时间内都看不出来什么变化。
我6月份打电话关掉一张卡。9月初的时候我看那张卡还在，觉得时间太长了，打电话问
，回答已经关掉了。9月底突然收到一封信，说他们因为XXXXXX原因，给我关了这张卡。
去查了一下信用记录，这张卡状态是closed at credit grantor's request |

电话取消服务，dispute后，chase 第二天就给我钱了。什么证据都没有要，good

另外我的两张5%都在，一直在涨credit line, freedom 也在，200 换250 也没有啥问
题。
我估计你们是搞每年的checking bonus 太多了。把chase 给惹毛了。
