recommends to keep shoulder close to jammed hand to minimize lever arm. Too
far away is definitely off balance and stressful.
If I stay close enough to the wall, I could reach high and jam a fist in a
better constriction slightly above off width. Still need to figure out off
width for feet.
This route has a little bit of everything, hand/foot jam, off width, and the
crux is a finger crack. |

Xinfeng, spent 2 years on the book. It also qualifies for free shipping on
Amazon. :)
To the other question: yes, there's a big demand for such books. Quant
interviews are getting tougher, so people want to be better prepared.

说了。基本上都是老题。
我要说的，是DE Shaw，2 Sigma, Citadel 和 Jane street 这种号称比较selective的
公司的题目重复率也是超级高。据我所知，最近有越来越多的人，由于提前知道了电面
的题目，能够“混进”onsite轮次，我认识的学生之中，拿到这些公司final的人就不下
几十人次，其中并不乏因为知道面试题而过关的人。这些人如果是牛人进入了公司倒也
还好。可是一部分并不是特别厉害，在onsite的时候原形毕露被拒。反正被拒了，这些
面试者又可以无所谓的把这些公司的面试题大肆宣传。不久onsite的题目也会被大量曝
光。出题的速度再快，肯定也赶不上cracking的速度。可以肯定的是，如果这个趋势继
续下去，在不久的将来，这些公司招进去的人的素质将大幅下降。当然这些公司也并非
毫无应对，他们将会越来越看重应聘者的出身（学校，专业）。那些本身有真才实学而
并非名校出身的人，会越来越多的涌向小公司。
