有伪码的感觉，请问真的面试时到底需要的是一个解题思路（比如比较详细的伪码）还
是一个真的可以运行的程序，需要写出程序的每个部分
第二个问题比较傻，怎么发站内邮件呢？站内邮件可以附件简历文件吗？ |

条裂缝，墙是水泥墙, The foundation walls are poured concrete. 裂缝是从窗户角
斜向下方向。
问中介，说任何的房子地下室都有裂缝, 中介原话是 － Every home I have ever
shown or sold, including the one my family lives in, has settlement cracks in
the foundation walls of the basement.
这话是不是吹牛, 为了让我们买房？？ 任何的房子地下室都有？？ |

主没修对。用正确的方法as fill crack with an epoxy port system就应该fix
forever了。

有窗户，外面是三面水泥墙的escape well
发现有一条horizontal crack从左面一直到右面
裂缝很小，但很整齐，几乎就是一条稍斜的直线贯穿三面墙
看到有漏水的痕迹。
inspector说问题可大可小，大家怎么看？ |

settling process during the early time (around 3-4 yrs after being built).
How reliable is such claim?
Another question: how can we tell if water stains are new or old?

and doesn't have bad smell. So like to know how to tell if the water stains
on these cracks happened long time ago (no more after patch) or just
recently. |

material needed to pass the inspection) after settlement.
You might want to hire a structure engineer to look at the it.
I assume it is dirt under the floor ( the space below is not finished, right
?)
If you really like the house, you can patch the crack with a kit. |

，如果是这个的话，问题不大，两种材料不同，接的地方没做平，没tape好都有可能。
大片的 stucco没有分仓缝（control joint) , 常常都会有crack。
地基如果有不均匀沉降，裂缝大多应该是竖向的，不该是横向的。 |

发帖数: 24532 | 39 做grading我问了一家公司，大概花费在$1500左右。确实是grading有问题，墙外经常
积水，所以inspector说要解决外面的grading问题，里面就是填上东西就行，每个
crack $200.
这样也就花费$3000左右。我在想是否修理以后，会成为一个影响resale的因素，毕竟
房子的性价比很好，放弃了有点舍不得，唉.. |

来的。补漏三百一条，但我加了一倍的钱，挖到底，人进去补一大片都铺防水布，这样
能比较彻底。卖的时候把WARRANTY拿出来就行了，LIFE TIME WARRANTY. |

户开始，一直到地面。大概总长有6英尺，主体是垂直方向，大约和垂直线有15度夹角
。在室外也能看见这条裂缝。屋主说他们05年买的时候就有这个crack，并且卖方已经
treat过(epoxy resin).地下室内不潮湿，也没有进水的痕迹。
不知道是不是大问题，值不值签约（过律师和Inspection，如果真是大问题再back out
），还是pass

we had similar experience before. One Chinese buyer walked away while the
other caucasian bueyer bought it with great discount. I think this is
reasonable. As new immigrants, most of us have no experience with our own
house. It is common to be scared away by cracks. Others will hunt for good
deal as those who are buying REOs. |
