啥是CPRA?
yes, utility bill, driver license, leasing agreement, tax return etc. Then
they check your address against their database to see if you paid CPRA.

LOCAL据说有22年房地产经验的REALTOR,是个美国人,据朋友说很NICE。开始就EMAIL
来往,对方给了几个LIST,还没有正式开始带着去看房。的确从EMAIL看出对方很热情
,还说考虑到俺BUDGET有限,尽量给俺找不含CPRA fees(公园费)的房.没想到,俺问
到她是否给BUYER回扣的时候,她一下子就冒火了。说其他AGENT没有职业道德,
这个是违法行为,还说她认为她挣的每一份COMMISSION FEE都对得起她的付出,她和她
的房产公司绝对不做这个违法的事情。俺可是良民啊,从没想过问个这个问题还扯到法
纪的高度了。吓的我啊,赶紧说抱歉,俺不买房了,谢谢,再见!
事后想来挺郁闷的,REFIN网站上明写着有多少多少的REBATE;俺知道的不少中国AGENT
是要给的,只不过不是CASH的方式,而是算在CLOSING FEE里面去。LIVING FOR BETTER
, SAVING FOR BETTER,俺也没觉得要点回扣的想法就犯法了。 |
